Takes zero responsibility for installing the wrong carpet

Harman Tapijt ordered and installed the wrong carpet - both in terms of color and texture. They are refusing to take any responsibility for the mistake saying they delivered what was on the invoice - making it my responsibility to catch an error they made in the obscure model name under which the carpet is classified in their system (I checked brand, color number and price which were correct but wasn't aware of the different sub-models and classifications). They care so little they're continuing to charge me the higher price of the carpet I actually wanted that they didn't deliver.
