I’ve been with Harley Meds for a while now. I didn't want write a review to early without actually really experiencing everything the company has to offer and i can honestly say they are amazing! Very helpful and right to the point! On time with the shipments! Perfect customer service! I would highly recommend Harley Meds! To anyone!

The pricing is more than fair and very reasonable, especially compared to other clinics I looked into. Decent Customer Service, But Misleading and Predatory Practices

Customer service is decent, and the company is generally easy to work with — on the surface. But here’s what they don’t tell you: they prey on people who don’t fully understand what they’re signing up for.

Don’t be fooled when they claim they check your labs to determine if you’re eligible for TRT (testosterone replacement therapy). They don’t care what your levels are. Mine were low, and as someone who didn’t know how the process worked at the time, I went for it. Here’s how the pricing breaks down:
• $80 for Labs — Fair enough, this is around standard pricing.
• $180 for the First Month — You get one vial and the necessary supplies.
• $180 for the Second Month — You get nothing.
• $180 for the Third Month — You get nothing again.
• $180 for the Fourth Month — You get another vial.

Let’s do the math:
• Your first vial costs $180.
• Every vial after that costs $540 (since you’re charged $180/month but only receive a vial every 3 months).

Each vial lasts about 3 months at a normal dosage, so why are you paying $180 every month? And to make matters worse, they only send you a receipt for the first payment — after that, no receipts, likely so you don’t realize you’re stuck in a subscription where you’re charged monthly but receive nothing in return.

Bottom line: you’re paying monthly for nothing. It’s not transparent, and it feels like a scam.

Never trust a TikTok influencer with your health. Whether your testosterone levels are normal or low, they’ll push TRT either way — because it’s not about your health, it’s about profit.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Extremely knowledgeable about the TRT treatment. I have trusted them every step of the way and I would recommend them to anyone. I’m just getting ready to start treatment so I’ll leave another review in three months or so.

Pat Henrymed , now Harleymed patient. So far I’ve had an excellent experience with Harley Meds. They do a more thorough blood work exam and the customer service was great start to finish. Told them I had HenryMeds they checked that blood work, they got me switched over and approved quickly and in a timely manner. They gave a veterans discount which I appreciate. My reason to stepping to Harley was 1: Henry had awful customer service and 2: 2 injections a week allowed for no low days. Highly recommend

The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about patient well-being. Everyone I talk to always takes time to explain everything clearly and make me feel comfortable. I can’t say enough good things bout Harley meds. Customer service is top notch…every time I’ve had a question or needed support, they respond quickly professionally and with actual genuine care. Been debating starting trt for months and was hesitant because of some of the side effects but after awhile I decided to at least get my levels checked and boy I was low. I booked a call with Harley meds and they were able to answer all my questions and reassure me over some of the concerns. Later that day after my call I got approved and medication was sent. Its been 2 and a half weeks since starting trt. I took my 5th dose this week. Let me tell you even though they say it can take up to 3 months to feel the benefits Im noticing huge changes. My sleep is improving each week. Im overweight and currently take glps and it has enhanced them. Im working with a personal trainer and im having to double my weights when lifting. Im feeling stronger. Im more calm. Even though im overweight im starting to get some definition in my muscles and see the gains. I didnt have any problems with ED or libido before trt but Im definitely seeing some enhancements in that area as well. Harley meds is literally changing my life and my mindset

So I have been to another clinic before Harley and after not only switching to Harley and saving money but there customer service is top tier they give you enough supplies and listen to all your needs. It makes you feel comfortable and safe I regret not going to Harley before I promise you will not have ANY REGRETS and they give a nice military discount to vets!

Cody was great, super hard working guy and a great resource. Titi was also super helpful in describing the different options available to me. They move quick and take care of business. I had my consultation on a Wednesday, blood work was done on Thursday, NP called to prescribe on Friday within hours of my results.

From the start of the subscription process, Harley Meds has provided nothing short of amazing customer service.
