I've bought a few pieces from them over the years, and every time the quality has impressed me. One piece I wear daily and never take off, and it still looks just as good as the day I got it. That kind of craftsmanship is hard to come by, and it says a lot.

On the positive side, I was impressed by my jewelry when I received it, it was accurate to how it looked on the website and the brilliance of the two rings I bought was incredible. On the negative side Harlembling doesn't have a phone number which is absolutely terrifying especially when you drop over a $1,000 on their website for rings and there is no one to call for order inquiries. I think if they had a phone number for customer service, it would make me feel better as a consumer. I probably would've given 5 stars but no phone number for customer service

I decided I wanted a custom piece that has a dual purpose. See, I had my gall bladder, spleen and pancreas removed. I also have a strong faith in Jesus Christ, my savior. I had a mossanite cross in white and yellow gold from Harlembling. I wanted to combine the two pendants into one that was spectacular. So, I commissioned and worked with Mark to design the dog tag with my Emergency Information on the back. On the front, the gold was covered (pave diamonds filled the background) and in larger mossianite stones, a cross in the middle of the pendent. It weights a total weight of 25 grams. I absolutely love this piece. It is a statement piece, a work of art, and just absolutely GORGEOUS! Thank you to Mark and Eddie for this awesome experience.

This company is the real deal I thought in the beginning it was a scam and the jewelry would be trash like other sites. BUT WOW The shine the beauty and craftsmanship are above par I even took it to get professionally cleaned at a jewelry and they compliment my piece and my jaw dropped when I got it back I will only go to HARLEM BLING.

Ordered and received product. I needed a bigger size, sent it back to exchange it. I cannot get anyone to email me back. It looks like I lost money. I hope that is not what the end result will be, but its not looking promising. Product was good, but the customer service and communication is extremely lacking.

For a while now I haven’t found any websites that sell jewelry some of them can be fake and all, till I came across Harlem Bling, when I first came on here I had a bad feeling about it but wear it off that’s when I decided to risk my money on here, about a week later I get a notification and said it’s here, I went to my mail box and got it, I looked at the pendant and everything looked good I was pretty happy that it wasn’t a scam the pendant did not turn my chest green so I decided to buy a rope chain, fit good and fell inloved with it, and now today I bought a tennis chain and hopefully nothing bad happens to it when it comes in, I’m so glad I can trust my money into Harlem bling now sense it is NOT a scam great customer service great shipping even though it takes a week and can’t wait for a week😭, but overall I can trust them and they get me great thank you Harlem bling Keep it up!

I gave them 2 stars, good jewelry but I like transparency. I've been a customer for years ordering a few pieces. Every order has been late, most recently not delivered because someone else selected signature required. Those actions have forced me to dispute my last charge and send back the merchandise. I paid for express delivery no signature, I won't get my order now and have to wait for a refund. Just tired of getting screwed out of express delivery fees and it's not express and now someone is choosing how I want to receive my delivery that I paid for. This is America, I make my own decisions on services I pay for. I'm very disappointed because I was a long time customer and I did not feel valued. I will take my hard earned money elsewhere, is that simple. They do have nice stuff though, I just will go elsewhere I don't mind paying a few points over the spot to a business that is transparent, that is not professional but you run your business how ever you want. Just like I can spend my money anywhere I want, I prefer to shop at places where my green dollars are appreciated. I work too hard to be constantly inconvenienced with orders.

Hands down Harlem Bling has been my go to for all my jewelry purchases since I discovered them in 2021. I have purchased rings, pendants, chains, etc.
The shipping is fast, and prices are very affordable. I also like the fact that the owner Eddie allows himself for his customers to be able to interact with him. Every time I reach out to Eddie he always answers back, never rude or dishonest. If you are smart you will spend your money with HB. I guarantee you will get nothing but grade A quality products every time.

I ordered a rose gold heart tennis bracelet. I was worried it would look like costume jewelry, when I received it I immediately fell in love with it. It is SO beautiful & shiny & looks expensive & I get so many compliments on it. The box it came in was very nice as well. Overall a 10/10! I will definitely be ordering from them again now that I know for sure the quality is top notch.

Found harlemBling a few years ago on instagram and once I had a look at eddies selection of rings I got myself a couple of 925 silver pinkie rings size 9 and a silver rope bracelet and the quality was top notch really nice . Unfortunately I had them stolen when I was on holiday which was a bit upsetting. But not long after I purchased two more pinkies a different pair this time and all moisonite and I always get compliments when I’m out as they have crazy sparkles at night and the quality is even better than my first purchase and I know some of my friends have bought some from Harlem bling also . I live in the uk 🇬🇧 and delivery is very quick and well tracked with AfterShip and always packaged well . Saving up for one of those nice rope necklaces 30” . 10/10 service - product

I’ve never purchased anything from HarlemBling but I can tell you that I’ve been wanting to start a small jewelry business and I got discouraged because of all the big name jewelry companies since I ran across HarlemBling videos about 5 years ago during the pandemic on YouTube I am no longer discouraged they motivated me to start doing more research on jewelry making living in Detroit Michigan it’s a challenge but I’m sure I can make it in this game as a small business Teddy has motivated me to the fullest he is the white Johnny Dang without the crazy price tag. Keep up the awesome work my bro plus those silver rope chains are insane.

Order the 42mm skeleton Mossanite watch from Harlem Bling, let’s start with the good the stones were very clear, the watch is a heavy weight making it not feel cheap but this is all the good I can say, I bought this watch for 1250, when you purchase a watch you expect it to tell time however this watch came with a broken automatic mechanism, it failed to stay wind for more than 5 seconds, despite winding it 20 times it died within seconds it’s disappointing that this cheap piece of crap made it through Eddies careful quality control I expect a full refund and if I don’t I’ll come back and update this review but for now his team hasn’t gotten back to me.
