We always responded and effectively communicated when we were your accountants. We disengaged as your accountants in June 2024 when you failed to respond to our numerous emails. Under data protection and anti-money laundering regulations, we cannot comment anything further.
Best accountants I have seen. The gave me best solution for my business and myself. I recommend Harkia.
I contacted Harkia to do my tax return. When they sent me the assessment for review I spotted a typo in a number at the worst place possible, (almost lost thousands of refund) when I made them aware, this was brushed off with a “we would’ve spotted that later anyway” excuse… not sure about that. Communication was also terrible as there were occasions where they simply “missed my email” which delayed the whole process. Also after filing I spotted another mistake, and when I called later to ask questions I got “ARE YOU A TAX EXPERT?!” comments thrown at me rather arrogantly. Throughout the whole process I never felt guided, informed, or safe that my return is in expert hands and won’t end up having mistakes. I’m very disappointed, I will never use them again.
