Very dodgy company!
I previously ordered with them before their 're-vamp' and they had cute clothing. Ever since they changed, they have become very shady. I noticed this when I saw they used uncredited artwork so I got in touch with one of the designers to ask if it was legitimate. They told me at the time (March 2021) that it was. Fast-forward to now, it has been revealed that they never paid any of the designers for their artwork.

To add to this, I have had a manufacturer for Harkel contact me randomly as they claimed that they did not receive payment from Harkel!!

Thank goodness I didn't decide to shop with them. After looking at the comments from disgruntled customers that didn't receive their products/refund, I am glad I didn't recently purchase from this dodgy company! They clearly knew what they were doing by taking everyone's money and then running without paying anyone. There should be a legal investigation at this point.

Have ordered with them previously with no problems. This time I ordered in October over 200 pounds worth as I needed to geta few sizes to try in various bits from tops to dresses. I purchased through klarna (thank god!). I received it and returned the bits as normal heard nothing! I had logged the return in klarna but they didn't respond so i opened a dispute and they still didn't hear from the company so issued my refund. The website has been down since the end of October I believe have no idea what has happened but poor communication!!

Clearly company has liquidated and has taken customers money and run.

Got 2 dresses, returned them and it says they have received them but no refund... and their website no longer works so I can't contact them. I would avoid if I were you. Lost over £40.

I ordered a jumper from Harkel at the end of October and am still awaiting delivery. I’ve emailed/contacted over Facebook but no reply! The website is down also so it doesn’t look good. Very disappointing and it looks like lots of other customers have experienced the same treatment.

Ordered a dress at the end of October. Still awaiting delivery. No answer to my emails. Website still down.
Opened PayPal dispute.
Had bought a T-shirt from them earlier in the year with no problems.

Used to be good but I have a feeling they have gone bust - ordered a tshirt a month ago now. Money taken but no items, no response to emails, facebook or instagram. Lots of people having similar issues, luckily I paid via paypal so opened a dispute to get my money back. Awful way to run a company even if you have gone bust - least let people know!

I made an online purchase 3 weeks ago and have had no update or information on the parcel's location. Their website is currently out of order and says it's being updated. I somehow doubt it.

A shame as I’ve used this company before but this time, as others have said. I’ve placed an order 3 weeks ago and not heard anything since. Disappointing as previously had good service and good quality clothes from them.

I ordered items on 30/10/21 for 3-5 day delivery and recieved a confirmation email. Payment was taken out of my account, but the items weren't sent as of writing this review on 17/11/21. The website is currently down, and I have contacted Harkel via email, facebook and instagram which was met with complete silent. I have no idea what is going on, but other reviewers seem to have had the same experience. Do not order from here if you value your time and money.

Recently ordered in the sale 3x hoodies , paid for 3-5 day delivery. Order has been confirmed but no delivery. No reply to emails either. No hoodies , so I'm now down money and no items!!!! I ordered on the 30th

BUYER BEWARE ordered and paid for a number of items 31s October. As we live in Australia and Daughter is in UK, thought this would be an easier way of sending something for her birthday. Despite receiving confirmation of order, NOTHING has been received. No reply to an email I sent to Harkel. Not a great way to run a business.

Always loved using Harkel but as expressed by others on here, paid (by bank card as their PayPal wasn't working 🤦) and no items arrived.

The company is registered under Roscoe clothing ltd, and they are still operating according to Companies House.

Really dissapointing as I'd purchased items as gifts..

Dress ordered but nothing received and no communication whatsoever. Such a shame as it used to be great.

Placed my first order to a BFPO address, brilliant because not everywhere will deliver to BFPO. Post does take longer to get here, but I had started to worry because I saw the website was down etc. Yesterday my 2 beautiful dresses arrived. They fit perfectly, are a great quality in terms of the sewing and I love the pockets!
I am so pleased that I ordered. 😊

Same experience as recent posts, Dress ordered, money taken but nothing delivered and no way to contact them....

Same as other posts. Ordered items on 31st October. No delivery and no contact back from them. So disappointed as ordered previouslyand no issues. Seems they have been taking orders with no way of fulfilling them.

I fear they have gone bust.Placed an order on Wednesday and paid for next day delivery.Received confirmation details but the dresses have still not arrived. Website is down and it appears from the reviews on here that a few of us are in the same position.......

Made an order 6 days ago. Paid for express delivery (1-2 days) and it’s still not arrived. Tried emailing their help email, help @harkelclothing.co.uk, but still haven’t received any response. Feels like I’ve been scammed.
