I ordered an iPhone 16 Pro Max on September 11. September 23 was the last day it was supposed to arrive, but it was never shipped to my address, so I had to request an "item not received" case. All the reviews on ebay are fake. Check trustpilot reviews then you will know that it is a scam.
Good day, I want to warn you about the fraudulent actions of this seller on eBay. I ordered an iPhone 15 pro max worth 1200€, they sent me Airpods worth 200€, we agreed that I would send the goods back and they would return my money as soon as they received the goods. All this happened with the help of eBay, which was the guarantor in this situation. As a result, after I sent the headphones, eBay blocked my account. After the seller received the goods (you can see from the tracking, and eBay confirmed this), I still did not receive the money. eBay said that they cannot help because the account is blocked. This is a real fraud in collusion between Hardware store 2000 and eBay. They stole 1200€ from me!!!
I received only 1 of the 3 ordered phones. Seller is refusing to help, I need to report the case to ebay, and also I will report it to police. Thieves, nothing more. Try to avoid this store if you care about your hard earned money.
