power supply was delivered on time and was as expected
power supply was delivered exactly on time even though I had an error in the address. I was immediately contacted and the address was corrected. without any delay, an I received the OS at the promised time. The PS was exactly as advertised and what I was expectin

Probably a nice shop, but my product was not in a functioning state
Brand new product was not Sealed, been told the product was only opened to show a customer, but Windows did not function properly such as opening pictures or even using the camera function. Delivery took 1 week longer than expected because the website did not register my street number for some reason.
Called for help regarding my laptop, person on phone told me to give me an email with links to help fix my own laptop, I have never received this mail. Eventually I cancelled my buy and went for another laptop. Shame.

Dit is vreemd en voor u uiteraard vervelend.
Indien wij een gebruikt product of demo model hebben staat dit altijd duidelijk vermeld op onze website, voordat u besteld.
Helaas heeft u niet op deze naam besteld, want op Van Sini kan ik geen orders vinden.
Ik verzoek u contact op te nemen met weborder@hardwareoutlet.nl om een oplossing te bespreken.
PS Wel jammer dat u alleen een review schrijft maar niet de klacht bij ons meldt.
Wij staan voor kwaliteit en als dat ergens niet goed gaat willen we dat graag goed oplossen (maar dan moeten we het wel weten :).
