I'm affreight you are scammed and have to go to the police. I think you bought something online with somebody who used a webname looking like ours, but ended on .EU
Because we only operate in NL we are hardware-experts.nl and have nothing to do with this scammer. We have had many mails and phonecalls from people in France. Before we understud what was going on the website .EU was allready gone.
Your review is harming our honust business, so i hope you will remove it for us.

I am really satisfied with the services provided by Hardware-Expert. I bought a mother board that did not really fit for me, so I returned it. I called the store a couple times and the service provided by phone was excellent: polite and efficient salesman, I think his name was Rick.

Friendly staff and reasonable prices
Except for one staff member the staff are very friendly and helpful. My complaint with that one staff member staff member was when I reached for my plug to put it in my bag and he grabed it out of my hand it and said what's your hurry? He wouldn't give me my plug until I paid for the work done like this 67 year old man would run out of the store without paying. I was shocked, insulted and very angry to be treated like a thief. Plus I've been a loyal customer for several years. My favorite staff member is the gentleman who moved to Holland from the Dominican Republic. This gentleman is very friendly and helpful. The last time I was in the store I bought a refurbished laptop and asked them to change Windows 10 from Dutch into American English and install Google Chrome. When I went to pick up my laptop the staff member from the Dominican Republic thankfully checked the computer first and Windows had not been changed into English and Google Chrome had not been set as my default search engine. But for the most part I really like the store. The staff are great and the prices are quite reasonable. I would recommend this store to both family and friends.

Best place for your gaming passion
Best place for your gaming passion. Either in Lelystad or Almere, if you need some new parts for your pc, repair and cleaning, or just some tips, you can pass by and the team there are really happy to help. Got my gaming laptop for a dust off there, got parts for a new system and they have a variety of gaming related ,,goodies". Price wise I can say you could find a bit more cheaper searching online but they do discounts too so in the end is a win win for both. Very satisfied!!!
