Overall a good first experience
Delivery was super fast, I'm very happy with the product, altough I should have bought the Red Line Straps in my street shoe size, but that has nothing to do with Hardloop, the only thing lacking was the response from the Customer Service, which answered after the Product was deliverd, but I didn't mind to much.

Subject: Exchange issue – wrong size selected
Dear Hardloop Team,
I bought a Barbour jacket, but unfortunately it was too large. I filled out the exchange form, but by mistake, instead of size 40, I selected size 46, and I received the return label for size 46.
I tried to correct it, but it was not possible. I also sent an email, but I have not received any reply.
Now the jacket I have is size 42, which is still too large for me. If I send it back using the current label, I will receive size 46, which is bigger than the original jacket I already have.
In short: I need size 40. Could you please advise me how I can cancel the current exchange label and get the correct size?
