Ordered a 2 part sticker one piece is fine the other doesn’t stick they suggested I brought double sided tape to use. It is a tree so not easy to cut small pieces of tape to fit all the leaves

Keep contacting them very slow if any response

One star - because there isn't an option for zero stars.
We ordered 3 items, only 1 arrived a month late and what arrived wasn't even what we had ordered. I have tried for 4 months to get a refund back from them but they ignore emails and ignore paypal disputes. I have tried many different avenues and they just ignore all emails now. We have not seen a penny or any goods that we ordered.
Please do not give them your money - it is a scam!

I have bought wall decals from happy wallz twice now. My first experience I was annoyed that they advertise happy wallz Australia and they are based in China. That said when the decals arrived they turned out to be the best decals I've had out of 4 different companies (3 of which were local). Second time I ordered for my daughters birthday 1 month in advance and they took 5 weeks. That's probably my only gripe is they come via snail mail and there's virtually no communication, they just arrive. They do respond to support requests but it takes 2 to 3 days to get a reply. All that said the decals are quite good quality and they are definitely not a scam

Absolutely scam. You order and the order never arrive.

Ordered stickers on 05/05/2022 now 27/05/2020, have contacted company twice to no avail, told it can take 10-15 business days for delivery but due to pandemic this may be longer. Said they would send me tracking number when given to dispatch company. Still waiting. Would definitely not recommend.

Bought a large hello sticker, it took ages to arrive from China and is just a collection of letters I have to cut out, make straight and somehow align - it is not the word hello at all. Do not use this crowd, a blunt crayon will be more reliable and accurate. Misleading at best... Oh, look forward to tardy emails in English you can't understand - but know none of them will help you. Go buy that crayon, don't use this outfit!

DO NOT BUY. If I could leave less than one star review I would. Delivery took weeks and after contacting HappyWallz I had no reply until I raised a paypal case. After it had arrived when trying to put on wall the mural wouldnt stick but the backing paper took all the paint off. I followed the minimal instructions that were given. This means I have no mural and had to repaint the full wall. I have since contacted HappyWallz twice asking for a refund or for them to rectify this issue with no response at all. Horrendous service, horrendous product and at a fairly premium price for this tyoe of product.

Never received my order. Reason given they are in lock down in china but pose as a uk seller. Requested refund was told they will refund when they can. Not received refund had to open PayPal dispute do not order from this “company “

The order arrived in quite good time, but they will not stick to the wall!! Awful company.
Wasted my money

This is not a UK company, these products come from China! I was lucky enough to have my product arrive but it would not detach from the sticky backing paper and go on the wall. Very poor quality product. The whole sticker had to be put in the bin. Would not buy from here again!

Terrible! They claim to be a UK business but are actually based in China and will not refund faulty products which are the wrong size.

Ordered for my daughters room, emailed stating when were they going to be shipped....received email back which I thought was great, came when stated....
Put on walls looked amazing within 30mins they started falling off....the larger one fell and split....very disappointed...
Emailed company same evening they had arrived, advising them of what had happened, been 2 weeks I have had no response.....
What a waste of £27....

I ordered 3 decals 16 Nov but have never got an email to acknowledge my order. They’ve taken the money but as yet I don’t know what happening. I sent an email, no reply & can’t find a phone number to contact them. I only just found the comments here & am now concerned!!

**Just a note to say I received said decals ( 3/12/20) today, though no correspondence or receipt or note ? Bit strange.

I ordered 3 sets of wall stickers (before reading the reviews!) for my children’s rooms and they arrived about 12 days after dispatch (allow a couple of days to produce). The order came from China even though it’s a .co.uk site, but the customer service was great. I was a little concerned after reading the reviews, but I received prompt responses to my queries. I would request a delivery reference for tracking delivery for peace of mind.

We are really pleased with the finished look of the rooms. The stickers were easy to install and we are really pleased with the purchase and the quality of the stickers.

Not a UK company! Item took three months to arrive (from China) for my £30 spent on stickers and still only promised to refund delivery cost.

Absolutely sham company - stolen my money and keep promising a refund. Will be repotting then to Trading Standards. DO NOT USE. Frauds

I was concerned as the order was late and I had had no response to my email and then read some very negative reviews. However parcel has arrived with an e-mail. It looks good , well made and exactly what I ordered.I have yet to put it on the wall and it seems a little more complicated but has instructions so will give it a go.

Eventually got 1 email reply. Said that they had sent goods. Gave me a tracking record & number. . Guess what? Royal Mail has no record and other tracking comp. does not exist. Lie after lie. This company should be shut down. Am going to seek legal proceedings under consumer law. HAVE HAD ENOUGH of this fraud. Please have no dealings with this firm
