The photographer made alot of effort to put our son at ease! This is an easy way to take good quality photos

Unprofessional service

We came in with our 6‑week‑old baby and left with only 3 photos that we consider acceptable—none of which truly capture what we hoped for. In many of the other shots, our baby’s eyes are unfocused, her mouth appears distorted, or other issues are evident. On the day of pick‑up, we requested to pay only for the 3 usable photos, but were informed that a minimum purchase of 10 digital photos was required, and we were charged 140 euros.

We believe that photographing a baby requires more patience and time. The photographer seemed rushed, trying to take more than 10 photos in just 15 minutes before the next appointment. Ultimately, out of 15 photos taken, only 3 were acceptable. This approach does not meet the standard of professionalism and artistry we expected.

We are very disappointed with the service, as we feel that, for the price, we could have received more professional photos of our baby. Unfortunately, we have lost the opportunity to capture her precious 6‑week milestone.

Never again!

Photographer was doing her job. Not more than that. She made her standard pictures, but didn’t look at what kind of child she was having in front of her. She was ready in like 2 minutes. I asked her to make a picture of my son with a chair which was there and the said: that chair is for girls. It was a green chair. Nothing girly about it. With a cranky face she took some pictures with it.

On the day we could get the pictures we were on holiday. So I would receive an email with the pictures she said. A month after the picture being taken I didn’t receive anything so I tried to call happypics. I called them 3 times and I couldn’t reach them. Only a secretary from another company. She said she give happypics a message and they would get in touch with me. Well, nothing happened.
I also send them an email and guess what: also no respons. I called again and also this time a secretary answered. She couldn’t reach happypics and was sending a message to them again. This time I finally get an answer. I was totally happy and thought: Finally I get my pictures. But no, I answered the email and now 2 weeks after it is completely silent.

Conclusion: never am I going to happypics again and I would not recommend it to anybody.

Poor quality / Poor privacy!

The photographer was amazing, she was so nice with our child, and really did an amazing job trying to get a good photo (He was not very happy!). He has a bruise on his forehead, and she lets us know that she has made a note that this will be edited.

We were very happy and bought the biggest package. Unfortunately when we come home we notice no editing has been done on the printed photos', and when we receive the digital package, its clear that all pictures are unedited.
This as such is a big disappointment, but not the worst; The digital package is a minimum of 14 photos, and we got 13 photos, plus photos of ANOTHER CHILD!

After a lot back and forth, they ended up agreeing to refund us a small amount, as we did not get the 14 photos as was in the package deal. (They did offer that we could return the printed photos, and they could then edit these and send them back to us as well, but we declined). There were no mention of the fact that they had sent us pictures of someone else child.

Over all, we will not be using them again, as the end result still costs around 180eur, for 13 unedited photos.....
