Great quality products are handmade and sent out with care. We made our first purchase on the black Friday/ market stall night and although not all of our orders could be fulfilled, we were refunded before our order was dispatched and notified which was good. When the parcel arrived we were impressed with the quality of the harnesses and collars, we just need our little super pup to grow a little more to fit into them! I recently ordered a black Unisex Hoodie with one of Happy Hounds new designs on & the quality is great. I like my hoodies baggy so ordered a large size.

I ordered the vegan black cross the shoulder bag and absolutely love it. It’s the perfect dog walking bag. It was also delivered quickly and the packaging is lovely.

Items were very easy to order and the prices were really great, very cheap. The items arrived well packaged and was all there. The items are fabulous quality and perfect. Communication with the company was very good and they got back to me very quickly. Ive given 4 stars because…part of my address which I gave was missed off the posting label which could have meant it ended up in the wrong hands so that wasn’t very good, also I never got a tracking number and had to ask for it, they said RM would give it to me which is incorrect as they never gave me one up to delivery so this was not correct information. Plus please be aware, delivery is quite long, but this is just because they’re a small company and may get a lot of orders to pack up between the two of them but just something to be aware of if you’re in a hurry to receive your goods.

Completely in love with the product - they’re so cute! It took quite a while for it to arrive, but that’s okay due to the distance. However, I’m not that happy with the shipping cost and customs fee. Paid £15 for shipping but then had to pay about 130 SEK in taxes and customs. I didn’t except that since I’ve ordered from the UK after brexit, paid over £10 in shipping and the deceleration and such were already taken care of and were simply released. But still I’m happy with the products!

I have bought from Happy Hounds Accessories for the last 5 years when it was one of the first handmade dog accessories. HHA is more than an acessories brand to buy from.

My dog has grown up and has had many adventures and created memories wearing his HHA which makes them special.
A dedicated team of two work tirelessly to make beautiful unique high quality handmade and ready to wear items. We have bought a range items including blankets, collars, leads, bandanas and tote bags and for myself super soft cosy sweaters and t shirts which I practically live in now. Blankets are washed weekly and have washed beautifully. My dog often thinks he's pulling a sledge and our leads just keep on going with no signs of wearing out and come out of the wash like new ready for more adventures. Customer service is always excellent, any questions I have on products, sizing etc are always answered even if my question makes me feel daft for asking it they are always so kind and helpful and make you feel a part of the HHA family.
Every order is packed so beautifully and there's the added bonus of a dog biscuits - my boys favourite part of unwrapping his happy post! Under these tough times they have given customers generous offers and discounts which are very much appreciated I can't imagine how challanging it must be for small businesses and yet they still put their customers first....

Have purchased harnesses , they are beautifully made and lovely and soft . Have also had a mystery collar box ….great quality again . Also poo bag holders , or treat bag once again great quality and design . Would not hesitate to use again . Delivery on the various items has been speedy .
