Ever since I was little I have loved horses. At a young age I started riding at riding schools. In recent years, the desire to own a horse has developed. I knew that I want to give my horse something different than how it goes at many riding schools. This year I bought my first horse. Big dreams about how I want to make my horse happy, but don't know where to start. The Happy Horsemanship course helped me to look at my horse, to listen to my horse and to do something with what I saw. The course is extensive. Many topics are covered. I especially find the module on groundwork exercises very interesting, because you don't learn this at a riding school. The course is a good first step to discover where to start.
The course starts with theory. The following lessons consist of videos with clear explanations. Thanks to Zoë's enthusiasm, you will become and remain enthusiastic yourself.
What a great way to understand your horse better! Because of the course, I understand more of there body language en I learnt to really listen to my horse.
