Scam company

Scam company. False tracking numbers to slow you down. Nothing is above board with this company. Stay away.

Are they a scam?

ordered 135.00 product on 11/23, as of 12/5 the tracking still does not work, i have emailed 3 times still with no resoponse, no phone number to contact them. The order number was 3517 and here is the tracking number they gave me UG741436267YP so they cant claim this review is false. I would not purchase anything from them ever again.

An absolute scam

An absolute scam. their phone number is disconnected. They will NOT respond to emails. They loaded fake tracking information to try to collect credit card payment. I sent them 20 emails they will not answer

This is a very sad review. We have no order from you and this is again proven by the fact there’s no ‘verified badge’ next to your review.

Our email is fully functional and again we checked both our orders and emails and we have had neither from you. Please make sure you have review the correct business as you have never shopped with us.

Hope you are able to find the shop you are looking for but please be careful when reviewing as this affects small businesses. We believe from past mix ups, you are trying to contact happy gifting, this is a company that launched after us and used our name to piggy back of our business, our business is called happy gifting co. and we sell gift boxes. Follow the link on our trust pilot and you will see that it is not the website you ordered from, hope this helps.

The box arrived beautifully wrapped

The box arrived beautifully wrapped, with a nice personalised card inside from my family. A box filled with love at the time I needed some pampering! The items inside were good quality and I had a nice spa evening with a nice cuppa and chocolate! That was happy gifting 🥰🥰🥰
