The customer must be extremely careful with this online-dating service. Their usual modus operandi is as follows. After registration, the user receives a number of messages from users who are seemingly interested in a contact; my belief is that such interested parties are employees of the service, whose only interest is to keep the conversation going, forcing the customer to tranfer money to the bank accounts of the firm by buying "credits," their own idea of how to make money (fee per message sent). Keep in mind: once you ask the interested parties for proof that they are real, they will surely disappear. The fake accounts are disguised as Swiss (who do not speak the Swiss dialect) or foreigners (who do not speak any English, but suddenly become very fluent), and so on. Expect anything from them. Strong "avoid!" I have filed a relevant report to the Cybercrime Police (CH).
