It’s very difficult to manage booking after the ticket is booked. It’s even difficult to contact customer care. The call connected once out of a 100 times and after giving most of the details, the call dropped. I tried to connect and no one called back either. This leaves customer doubtful

Got great fares, 30% less than what other sites were offering, however as a first time user got little anxious as you get the ticket, only 24 hours before your flight. Great experience at the end though, recommended!
