Trap

Worst behaviour, they will keep money after cancellation. Still I have not got my money back.

20/01/2022: Have followed back again and again and mailed multiple number of times (yes with order id and details, and had conversation with customer care), still no resolution. I have left hope of getting back the money and hope from the booking website.

Only thing matters to them is Money

Due to Covid-19 I got credit shell from Spicejet (they are not charging any cancellation or change fees and also they have paid extra to this site).
But Happyeasygo wants to charge me for change of dates (Guys I do not want to change the dates, It has to be done because of the circumstances). Stop taking benefit of the situation

Need My Refund

Due to COVID my flights got cancelled and the airlines has confirmed the refund to Happy Easy Go, but still the company I don't know on what basis is not returning my money. Its been more than 7 months now.
No updates on my mails, customer care giving excuses.

We should take a legal action against this company.
Also the Govt. should ban this company.
The company just cannot take your money and go away.

They are not giving the refund amount…

They are not giving the refund amount of my booking cancelled during COVID 19. Indigo airline have refunded the amount long back. I am behind this issue from mid of November. No responses for mail. Not picking the calls. I had contacted the Online legal india service team, they confirm me that they will resolve the issue in 15 days. Planning to proceed with them.

Worst Travel portal ever

Cheap customer care support

Hi guys, Don't book flights ticket through Happy Easy go site, as support from customer support team are very poor. I want to cancel the ticket due to cancellation of flight due covid 19, last from 4months but still in trouble to cancellation for providing me information about refundable amount.

So many call and mail communication done but member are having poor knowledge and support, thats why total wastage of time. Seeking support from consumer forum.

Worst experience

Worst experience. Airline refunded full amount due to covid restrictions. But they have cut an amount of Rs. 2800 saying it's as per their policy. I had booked through ease my trip the return ticket they are refunding full amount. I don't know for what has happy go easy cut such a huge amount. No service big amount deducted. Very very disappointed.

Earn rather than steal Customer Money

There Customer service will never reply..They do not issue refund even after 6 months of scheduled flight date passed and airlines issued full refund within a week of flight date already.
Keep away from them else it will be a SAD DIFFICULT and TOO LATE.

It's been around 15 days since I have…

It's been around 15 days since I have cancelled my ticket but Happyeasygo has not refunded the due amount yet. They are really unprofessional, nobody picks up the call at their customer care number and they have not replied to my email yet.

Totally Pathetic Service, even after Airlines has refunded they aren't refunding money

Totally Pathetic Service, I booked a flight through them and it got cancelled due to covid and after few months I contacted Indigo and they refunded the amount to them and after 15 days I contacted them for a refund and told them that Indigo has already refunded the amount, they are saying Indigo hasn't refunded the money yet.

Unfriendly Experience

Unfriendly Experience : My ticket got cancelled due to covid 19 lockdown. Using Happyeasy go site i have booked my Indigo ticket, Indigo has refunded 100% to happy easy go way back, i am following up with happy easy from 3 and half months but till date no refund made.
Never suggest to use this site for anykind of booking

Haven't seen an unprofessional Travel…

Haven't seen an unprofessional Travel Agency like HappyEasyGo. Customer Care representatives are confused about their company's T&C and don't handle the customers professionally.

Govt. needs to intervene here and blacklist the company as they don't provide refund to the customers.

Better to book from Airlines directly rather from travel agents!!
