I ordered and paid £6.95 for a singing card from Happybirthday.com to be delivered on the same day. I usd the company on line as I am in isolation. The card never arrived! I looked at the receipt email, which came into my junk box, and when I clicked on the receipt, it said that the order and delivery date were correct but that the card "had not yet been delivered"? No reason given?
Two days went by and it still was't sent, so I tried to contact Happybirthday.com by phone. Neither phone number listed for them was in operation, so I emailed the company. I got a reply the next day stating that when I ordered the card all the available slots for that day had been taken and that I had been advised of this when I ordered the card, that it would not be delivered until eleven days later!! (11 days after the birthday it was for? what good is that?) I was not advised of this at all, and neither did it say this was the case on the order receipt! Why do these companies try to make it out as being your fault when their communication is so poor?
I never received and apology but I have received a refund.
I won't be using this company again. Very poor service which never lived up to their glossy web page at all.

Firstly I think Happybirthdaytoyou.Com is a very good site. It has a wide range of characters to choose from, also different styles of singers. The two can be put together in any combination. The name of the recipient is also included in the card you send. I haven't found another website that is as good in these respects. The cards I have sent before have worked very well.

This weekend I wanted to send a card to arrive Sunday 31st May 2020. I tried to send it on Saturday. I had the credits to do this.The company had a problem as the person who sings the name to be included in the card was apparently not available until Monday the 1st of June. As it was our granddaughter's birthday on Sunday I contacted them several times. Late on Sunday afternoon they managed to get the card sent. They deserve credit for getting the job done. I suggest the unavailability of their singer on certain days is a problem that an otherwise very good business needs to get sorted.

Cards can be pre-booked to be sent on a future date. I think the website could emphasise the advisability of doing that.

Really great, sent a few, all good

I usually run a quick online check but failed to do so in this case - big mistake! The site is clearly and obviously a scam to collect your money. I assume they play on the fact that most people will write it off as it's not a significant purchase amount.
No acknowledgement, confirmation or invoice, and more importantly, no card!
I have already contacted PayPal requesting a refund and will contact the local Trading Standards office today and instigate a case. I'm sure it won't be the first!

Super quick service, especially as the card was sent to the other end of the world...instantly! Excellent choice of subject; loved the humour and the idea of incorporating the receiver's name into the lyrics.

I found an e-card on their site which was funny and ordered it fr a friend. Then at the checkout it made an attractive offer of paying for 5 ecards for a discounted price. I bought the package! BIG MISTAKE!
They delivered the first card fine but there was no invoice, no order confirmation and when I tried to log back into their site, it wuld not let me in as it said my email address and passowrd were no valid!!! I also e-mailed them twice about the problem and I have heard nothing.
Very Poor Service. Go elsewhere, is my advice!

My mother bought a card for me from Happybirthdaytoyou.com. It didn't arrive on my birthday. She queried this with them and received an email indicating it had been sent and that I should check my spam folders and googlemail folders settings because it had been delivered. There was a brief exchange with customer service between them, me and my mother. The tone was patronising ("I'm sorry you haven't located your card") and the information misleading (the card had not arrived with me). Six days after my birthday, while my mother is still fighting for a refund, the card has arrived. Perfect - it arrives 6 days late, and the birthday recipient has had to argue her case to get it! Do not use this company. You may or may receive what you pay for.

This is a very limited service and I won't be purchasing more credits. The website is poor, I made a card but had no chance to review it before the card was sent or given a chance to change my mind. There is no visible 'account' to change passwords etc and the only way to send a card is via e-mail, no social media sharing. So, this only just made a 2-star rating. I wouldn't recommend this site. There are far better out there.

Paid £6.95 for Anniversary Card not delivered.
Telephone number on site not accessible to receive complaint.
Email address I originally logged on with is also no longer being recognised by the site.
Smacks of a scam.

Terrible service - card did not arrive

Awful. Substituted the card chosen for a completely crap alternative. Money already taken. No sound played on the card.

Total fail. Would never use again. Swindle.

Have to change the review.
I was too impatient.
They answered to my email in the evening and the card has been delivered same day.
So, after all...all good!

Never use them, complete rip off...card does not arrive. I will be contacting my CC company to reimburse
