Absolutely garbage company. Horrible website that doesn't function properly. I have some items that I can't even access anymore because they blocked the shop button.

The lack of wins after you stopped funding might mean the odds shift when you’re not actively topping up—possibly to incentivize more deposits. It’s a pattern worth questioning. Have you tracked your total spend versus wins?

Look at their good reviews, they're fake, all accounts have 4 reviews made on same day. They've got bots writing good reviews cos their site is a joke. Don't waste money on these con men. Trust pilot need to review their account

we're to start I have been using Hapa for some time.

The customer services provided is shocking, it's called the VIP service but its far from VIP. All it is is automated copy and paste message probably similar to what the are going to post under this review simply stating please email us and we will try and fix the issue however they never do.

After months of opening boxes I never opened anything more than 250 dollars. I spend so much cash 4-6k and I finally reached breaking point enough is enough. I realised I had a problem.
This was a gambling addiction to which I reached out to hapa VIP.

I had a 550 dollar balance and request my account to be closed and money sent to me and or cashing out an item for example a PS5 is 520 dollar. I explained I was stopping gambling and need a break.

The response I received was NO hapa is not a gambling site there's nothing you can do . So 2 seconds later I'm spinning again and lost my whole balance in less than a minute.

Like most GAMBLING COMPANIES you will very rarely win.
If you want disappointment and frustration please join up if not I suggest you use an alternative Site

My son got my debit card and spent over $3000 ..... in return, he got absolutely nothing. Soured the relationship between my son and me. This site takes advantage of the vulnerable youth. This site should be banned. The owners should be ashamed of their deceptive strategies

Stay away at all cost I have spent thousands and now it's time to collect winnings and its all gone wrong ... VIP customer service is a joke. I'll write a long detailed message and get told special orders take a month ..... its already been over a month and my orders are still in phase 1 out of 5. I will never deposit on this site again 😒
