I usually used Specsavers but I was directed to Hanson by Outlookers after eye surgery for NHS supplied shaded glasses.
I was so impressed with the skill and service at the shop that I decided to try them for my next appointed which I have just completed. The optician was brilliant with such an in depth inspection I have not experienced before. Next came the dispenser which took over a hour. Great advice on lens type and frame. Dearer than previous glasses but what a difference. Grea t choice of frames too. Such a friendly nd professional team. If you want a satisfying optical treat, this is the place. The rest of my family are coming here.

Brilliant service as always from all of the staff, they are all super friendly and helpful. The shop has a fabulous choice of glasses in fact you are spoilt for choice. They explain everything to you and nothing is too much trouble. I also took my 5 year old granddaughter with me and they were fabulous with her.

All the staff at Hanson's are very professional, helpful and so welcoming. The eye examination undertaken by Atiq was done with so much precision. A really personal service was provided. Great choice of glasses to choose from, with staff who spend a lot of time helping you to choose the right pair.

All the staff are really helpful, professional and amenable. After thorough eye tests and a review of my needs, choosing a new pair of glasses was finally achieved and were ready for collection in 2 weeks. A great service all round.

Been to many opticians in the past and Hanson’s exceeds them all. The care they give to each customer is outstanding. My dad doesn’t have much sight left I’ve taken him to specsavers to name a few and the care is nothing like at Hanson’s.
Emma & staff are a credit to the company & wont use another opticians from now on.

I've used Hanson's for a number of years and the service is friendly and efficient. I feel valued by all the staff. The products are of excellent quality and the after service is brilliant.

Having used a large nationwide opticians for the last 20 plus years, I was advised by my sister to give Hansons a try.
What a fabulous personal service, from start to finish, from booking in to receiving my glasses, I can honestly say that I’m so pleased with the results.
They have state or the art machines (yes it’s an extra cost but 100% worth it).
I cannot recommend the service they offer enough.

After thorough eyesight tests done by very friendly and informative staff I then bought some new glasses. I struggle to choose and had a lot of help and encouragement to pick the perfect pair. Would highly recommend Hansons Opticians, it’s always a pleasure.

It's always a lovely experience visiting Hanson's Opticians. Atiq and staff are attentive, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The eye tests are incredibly thorough and informative, every detail discussed and understanding is assured. Then comes the exciting bit, choosing frames. Honest opinions given to ensure the frames are right for you and suits your needs and if you like a unique frame, also suits your personality. I had everyone in the store involved when choosing my 2 frames, had so much fun and left feeling excited about my new glasses arrival. Thank You 🫶
