I have been trying for almost two years…

I have been trying for almost two years for Hansgrohe to honour their warranty for my kitchen faucet. I have two - same one for the laundry. After about a year they replaced one but not the other. Both had the same problem. I sent photos, videos, and exchanged innumerable emails. I provided as much information as I had. They provided a replacement for one only. The same information applied to both. Both are the same, both installed at the same time, both had the same problem, and Hansgrohe replaced only one. This is shoddy customer service for a very expensive product.
