Each item was sent via a different courier but only one tracking link was provided. One item turned up broken. One item is still missing (a tracking link was provided after complaining but the courier hasn’t even been given the parcel from Hannun, even after 3 weeks) - the customer service team are slow to respond and do not properly investigate the issue(s). Of the two parcels that have arrived neither had instruction manuals for installation. This place is a joke. Avoid them at all costs.

I'm really, really upset at this point.
I spent more than £350 pounds with Hannun on 12th July, it's now two months later and I still have no products and no information about a delivery date. Despite multiple emails where they have outright lied that it will be delivered soon.
Last week, I gave up waiting and requested to cancel my order and have a refund. They have since stopped responding to my emails - I haven't heard back from them since last Friday. I'm now having to resort to writing on Trust Pilot in the hope it will make them take notice.
I would avoid this company at all costs. At this point it feels like a outright scam
Shocking experience, I should have listened to the reviews on this platform and NOT ORDERED from this company. I purchased a sofa which was meant to take 3 to 5 days for delivery, and that was on 30 July. It is now 10 September (nearing 6 weeks) with no delivery and I'm still waiting to be told the truth. I've written several times to the help desk (no phone number only email) and at first I was told the delivery company had picked up the item and it would arrive soon, and then I was ignored, and several days ago I was told the delivery company has not in fact picked up the item and they would chase up and get back to me, which has not happened. How long does it take to deliver an item from Spain to Portugal?? And is this this incompetency or is it theft?
I could have ordered a sofa from somewhere else and it would have arrived already instead of wasting my time chasing up and sitting on the floor of the apartment. This has gone beyond inconvenience.

I was excited after purchasing my sofa, but the delivery was delayed a week without any reason provided.
Upon delivery, the sofa was left on the side of the road, then once we were able to get it inside, we discovered that we had received two mismatched pieces of the sofa.
During this entire process the Hannun team was unresponsive, and lacked clear communication skills required to provide adequate service. Avoid this company at all costs, they still have yet to respond!
I ordered a mirror on 3 July and have never received it. When I contacted the company they said they are developing new packaging and will send the mirror when that's ready. I have asked for a full refund and they sent me the same reply about developing new packaging. I have no idea if I'll ever receive the item. I would not buy from this company again.

I’ve ordered a sofa 12 days ago. They said it would arrive at August 6-8 so we decided to order it. However, now it is the 12 of August and the sofa hasn’t even been sent yet. The reason for that is, according to the transport company, that Hannun is not giving them the information they need for customs so they cannot pick it up. I am very disappointed as we spend more than 2000£ and are sitting on the floor of our apartment for days now. Don’t buy from there…

I loved how quick they were to answer when you mailed them a question. I think the answer might have been ai generated but I don't mind that.
I removed two stars because
1. Building the head board could have been easier. There were no assembly instructions in the package or any hint that they'd be online. I knew that they were on the website so that was fine with me, but it might have caused a problem for someone else. The pieces were also not labeled in any way. I was confused at one step, until I realized that one of the pieces I had didn't match the picture in the instruction but that didn't matter. The screw holes were different but it was the ones that weren't there to connect 2 pieces so it didn't matter that they were different. Still if you don't have a lot of experience this might be off putting. If the pieces had been labeled with a sticker this confusion could have been avoided.
I also found the assembly instructions were a bit over explaining things on one side and then not explaining other things at all on the other. This caused some confusion for me.
A few more predrilled holes or the instruction to drill holes for the screws might have also been helpful. I don't know if you really need to do it. I drilled holes for the small screws, because I wanted to be on the save side.
2. Two pieces arrived broken. This is probably due to the shipping company handling the package not as well as they should have but they look like would be a bit more breakable due to their structure, so they should be a bit better protected in my eyes. It was no problem since both pieces could still be used and the broken part is hidden by the bed.
All in all I would have given 3.5 stars and ended up rounding down instead of up, because the assembly process was average at best.
The product looks as advertised and is fine as far as I can tell.

If you are considering buying a bed or something more complex than shelves or bedside tables, stay away from this company.
We ordered a bed that was supposed to be delivered in 4/5 weeks. They delayed the delivery by 3/4 weeks. After that, the delivery company works like something from the past - the website doesn't work, people don't reply to your e-mails and schedule deliveries for whenever they want. But the biggest surprise was yet to come: Once we got the bed and started mounting it, everything was wrong, from faulty nails and holes, to holes that weren't there at all (yet appeared in the instructions manual), holes not centred which made the assembly impossible and unsafe. The company only responded to tell us that all beds are pre-assembled in workshop (impossible) and that we should follow the instructions. What a shame!

Have ordered products for 2 months now, and they havent shipped the sofas yet! They say they will update, but they are lying from one week to the other as to when the products will be delivered!

The products are good quality but please educate the people working at logistics . It is not ok that even one item per month is late on delivery. The negative comments are killing the company. The costumer service is frustrated that logistics are not working. I will not invest in a company they does not care more about delivery on time.

It took its time (1 month against the announced 2 weeks) but it arrived. Although the outside package was in not so good conditions and the inside parts were full of dust and dirt. They were not cleaned before packaging.
The bookcase (Marlene Bookcase) is very beautiful indeed but the overall quality is not so great. Ok at best. One of the frame reinforcer started rotating when I started to assemble the bookcase. I think it really lacks some reinforcers bellow the shelves. (probably I have to mount some metallic L's if I want it to hold more weight)
I like the color (walnut) but it is not real walnut. It is just average wood painted with walnut color.
Nonetheless I am satisfied with my purchase, I really like it in my living room, just have these points in mind if you are ordering it.

I am still waiting for a bed I ordered which they say is out of their control. Delivery has to be part of the service and Hannun whilst nice when selling me the bed have taken 0 responsibility in getting it to me in a time they promised so it’s not even possible to say how good or bad it is -

Totally avoid !!!!!, my emails are being sent back and still no trainers conned out of £77.50 , I even paid for protective delivery 😡 After seeing this they sent an email with a link and the link is false so you cannot even contact them 😡

Just avoid. They were avoidant in communication. No contact number. Lied multiple times regarding the arrival time. No prior warning was given regarding it being a kerbside delivery. The delivery came a month later than promised. Even the delivery driver admitted that there are frequent customer complaints about Hannun and Skulm. I will never order from them again. Believe the reviews and save yourself stress.

This is a scam. I paid over £140 for a desk, and all they sent me was some random metal pipes and screws. Do not buy from Hannun.
