Updating my previous review from a few months ago. Just to let you know, I contacted the Dutch ACM and I was persistent in my emails to the company about my refund. It has taken months but I have now been refunded the full amount I spent - just waiting for it to arrive in my bank. They kept increasing the refund % but I was adamant I wouldn't accept anything less than 100%
If you find it useful I wrote:
Under the UK law You must offer a refund to customers if they’ve told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel - what you have offered is a partial return, not a refund. Furthermore, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 , I am entitled to a full refund as I have told you within the 14 day cooling off period and the product is faulty. On your website it states that:
"Shipping costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning items for a refund or exchange, unless the return is due to an error on our part"
and
"Factory defects or problems after use (including warranty period)
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or if problems occur after use, our warranty period may apply. Please contact our customer service at their customer service email to submit a warranty claim. We will assess the claim and provide you with further instructions for repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the specific situation."
Dutch ACM have told me, "as it only states about returning costs for the buyer in the terms and conditions that is not clear enough and the return costs are for Hannah Martin to pay." They also stated that if there is an address on their website then that is where returns would be sent to, not Asia. Also check the packaging return address. Mine was for England which I also mentioned to Hannah Martin. In the end I didn't have to return the item to get my refund.
I also quoted their returns policies to Hannah Martin etc. Don't back down and keep contacting them for a 100% refund. I suggest contacting the Dutch ACM as well so there is a log of the complaints for them to investigate the company.

I think this company scams customers. I ordered 2 dresses, arrived poor quality. When I tried to send them back, I was told I had to return them to China at my own cost and would receive store credit or 20% refund. Very misleading. Emails weren’t answered and when they eventually did respond, they just kept sending the same message. I’ve had to write off the cost - expensive lesson
Quality aweful, return is not possible, lost my money
Quality is really low, not the same as on the pictures. Return policy is aweful. They offer you 3 options:
- Keeping everything and they sent you a 'free' dress.
- Keeping everything and get 20% refunded.
- Sending it back at own costs.
I decided to sent it back. You need to sent it to China. The package is delivered there, but they don't accept it. Haven't had my return refunded.
Lost my money. DONT ORDER HERE. It is criminal.
Incorrect items sent
I ordered two items both size L and was kept well informed about dispatch and delivery. However only one item was received (wrong colour and size S). As I was leaving to go on holiday I sent 5 or 6 emails over the following days to ask how to get a refund and to return the wrong item. I heard nothing for 2 weeks and then was informed I would have a full refund and did not need to send the item back. The delay in responding was annoying but all was put right in the end.

The blouse arrived late because it was coming from Asia not a shop as I was led to believe when I ordered. The blouse did not resemble the one I ordered, very poor quality and not worthy the money. They do not give free returns as stated on their site and only offered 20% discount on blouse I don’t want. Buyer beware!
Poor quality products- won’t use again
I was very disappointed with the poor quality of the clothes sent. I enquired about the refund and was annoyed to be only offered a discount or mail the package to the China warehouse. I was under the impression it was a European company. I did post the package costing £10 and sent the tracking details. I had spent £95 and was furious as I felt I’d been scammed. I did express this to the company. I was communicating with Sophie throughout who was always polite and courteous. When my package arrived I was quickly issued a full refund. Although I will never use this company again I do think Sophie’s interaction and sorting a quick refund is worth mentioning

There should be an option for zero stars. Despite the very English sounding name this is a horribly run and nasty Chinese company. Wish we’d have looked at TrustPilot first. Questionable quality and returns are at the buyers expense to Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, CHINA. Crazy expensive to ship from Uk, and knowing how these bozos operate they’ll just deny receiving the parcel.
They should be shut down.

Terrible company. I don’t know why I didn’t think to look on here before I ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered what looked like a lovely two piece lounge set. Took almost 3 weeks to arrive and didn’t come in time for the holiday I wanted it for. When I arrived home and opened it, found the terrible quality pieces that looked worth about £10 rather than the £85 I paid! Asked for a return and they offered me 20% refund as others have said on here! Absolutely disgusting.
Misleading quality, long wait, and poor customer service
I ordered several items from this company and was extremely disappointed. The website presents the clothes as high-quality, stylish pieces priced around £30–£40 each, but what I received looked and felt incredibly cheap — poor stitching, thin synthetic material, and absolutely nothing like the images online. I'd honestly say each item is worth only a few pounds at most.
It took over two weeks for the items to arrive, even though the payment was taken from my account immediately. There was no clear information at checkout that the items would be coming from Asia, or that returns would be at my own expense and involve international shipping.
When I contacted customer service to request a return, I was offered just a 20% refund or another item for an extra charge — neither of which felt acceptable given the misleading advertising. I've requested a full refund and had no response. Now I’m stuck with clothes I can’t wear and I'm out of pocket.
I feel completely misled and have since discovered that many others have had the same experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

I’d give no stars if I could! Avoid this company at all costs the item are basically SHEIN or Temu (nothing wrong with them btw) but much more costly and asking for a return is crazy is costly and virtually impossible. They need shutting down!

If I could select a minus number I would. This company is a scam. Do not buy from them. I am still waiting for part of my order almost 4 weeks later. The part that did arrive was appalling quality and nothing like it looked like on the website. No labels on the clothing, no paperwork or returns slip. It won’t surprise you to know that they are ignoring my emails and the phone number on the website doesn’t work. It’s amazing that instagram allows thieves like this to advertise.

Cheap and nasty
The items are nothing like the images very cheap material and with no labels it’s basically very low end clothing with a higher price tag. A bit a con, wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing.

If I could give zero I would. Ordered a white backpack for £39.99. Took several weeks to arrive and when it did it was beige. The fault was obviously theirs but despite their website saying easy returns it is anything but. I was offered £8 and to keep the bag I didn't want! Told the bag would have to be returned to China and the postal charges and taxes would probably exceed the cost of the bag. Eventually agreed as it was their fault I shouldn't have to pay return postage but I would have to send it back tracked. Went to the post office who told me the cost would be £24. My email to them is now being ignored. This company is a disgrace and not at all the company their website portrays of upmarket legitimate organisation. DO NOT USE. They are a disgrace.
