Hi, sorry to hear your issue. We refer to your above comment “they should tell you that” referring to the product being expired. We do advise you of this in the product description! Not sure how you can miss the bold text in the first paragraph of the product description the following text:
"Please note not all e liquid flavour and strengths are available as part of this deal and stock may be short date or expired (see date in brackets to clarify the approximate date on item)."
Also, each and every product you have chosen has the expired date next to flavour e.g. “RY4-6mg (12-2024). “
Can we ask what did you think the date meant next to the flavours you purchased you choose meant? The pricing of the liquids reflect the goods being expired as this is why they are more than 50% reduced in price compared the in date products.
These liquids are 100% fine to vape as we have sold over 100k pieces without any issues regarding quality of flavour or nicotine strength degrading. The liquids can be returned for a refund if required.
Expired liquids are ONLY sold in this bundle, which is clearly noted as such. Unfortunately if you are not bothering to read the description for the product, we can not be accountable for you ordering.
