Unreachable company..im not sure what…

Unreachable company..im not sure what the big secret is but it seems impossible to communicate with anyone. They are very happy to take payment up front but then they dissappear with no trace. No way of tracking your order and, without naming and shaming a particular member of staff, because the blame must be with management. This is the worst service ive ever received from any business.

Quality kids wooden hangers

I’m quite happy with my purchase. The hangers are of good quality and reasonably priced , it arrived well packaged and delivery was time. I’m yet to put these up in my baby’s nursery but I’m sure they will look great.
The only suggestion I would add is if they can be a bit thinner so they take up less room.
I’ll definitely recommend this store

Excellent customer service

The customer service I received was excellent. I placed an order which arrived promptly but was unfortunately incomplete. I emailed HOL and received a swift response, apologising for the error and offering to send out the missing element of my order using express delivery. My hangers arrived early the following day and I'm hopeful they will be of good quality.
