I was looking for a way to do my curtain fix, pictures and mirror put on the walls. I came across Handy Services and decided to give them a try. The price of their services are very affordable compared to other companies in the same industry. They were really friendly, fast and quick with their work.

Hands down the most unprofessional company. They would say they have cleaners available and then constantly change their minds. They agreed to give me the same person and then changed the date and her availability.

Sadly, the cleaning job was great and if I could have had her back I would. But dealing with Handy cleaners is just not worth it. Their cleaning consultants just don't know what they are doing and lying seems to be the way to go.

I would not waste my time with them.

I have hired this company to clean a tiny tiny carpet on my room (about 3m x 4m) and a medium rug (2m by 2.60m), they charge me a minimal charge of £48.

The cleaner was over 1h late and he finally arrived he did a poor job in 15 min, probably trying to compensate for the time he lost. I ask him to also clean a small area of the bed (1m by 30cm) and he refused asking an addition of £15.

I ask to make a complain to the company and the cleaner call them, spoke in polish so i could not understand and they were simply rude to me.

In my opinion it was a poor customer service and a extremely lazy job.

Don't Recommend!!! And definitely will check reviews next time.

This Company did not arrive on the time agreed, then wished not to take responsibility for their mistake, in my dealings with them they were extremely rude and antagonising.
