Ich gab kürzlich mein iPhone 14pro zur Reparatur, weil die Rückseite gebrochen und gesplittert war. Nach eingehender Begutachtung des Schadens durch den Inhaber des Shops wurde ein faires Angebot zur Reparatur unterbreitet.
Termine und Kosten wurden eingehalten. Zwischendrin wurden Informationen über den Sachstand (Lieferzeit, Erhalt passender Teile etc.) gegeben. Die Abholung erfolgte ebenso wie vereinbart.
