If I could give 0 stars, I would’ve. Rudest customer service over the phone. Called me names and hung up on me after me asking if there was any way they could reduce their price a bit. Called another Rubbish Removals service and they had the best service ever and finished the job in 20 minutes. Wouldn’t recommend Handy Rubbish to anyone.

I booked Handy Rubbish to clear various bits of rubbish from our office in Central London. From the beginning, communication was clear and they were able to come very quickly. On the day the team arrived on time and cleared the rubbish extremely quickly despite the 4 flights of stairs! I would not hesitate to use them again.

Prompt and courteous service. The team was on time and did a great job with the removal and cleanup.

My partner passed away suddenly and I needed to clear out his artist studio and storage. The team at Handy Rubbish was on time and cleared everything swiftly.

Booking the service was also easy - Nick communicated very quickly by email and sent all of the relevant information. I ended up using less space in the truck than originally scoped -- without me asking (I didn't think to!), Nick called me and lowered my price.

I am very happy with my experience and will use Handy Rubbish again when I need to clear out my former partner's flat.

I needed to remove some old furniture and junk that had piled up over the years. After searching online, I discovered Handy Rubbish and can't recommend them enough. Great customer service, fair rates and a terrific team that came on time as promised and removed everything quickly and with care.

Arranged yesterday for 9-10am this morning; guys were here at 9 on the dot, friendly and very efficient, good value; a huge mountain of house-move rubbish was cleared within 5 minutes. Made a stressful time much easier. Will definitely use again.

We have used this company on several jobs in various parts of London, most of these have been urgent jobs and they have gone out of their way to make sure that we have had rubbish collections when we need them. They have never let us down. Highly recommend this company.

Picked HANDY RUBBISH completely at random, seeking no-bother disposal of 2 sofas & 1 double mattress. Quotation, email confirmation of quotation, 24-hr reminder of job, arrival on time, no fuss removal, fast, clean & careful. Price for 2 men & van for 45 minutes seemed fair. Nothing not to like. Strongly recommended.

Delighted with the service we received on Tuesday from Handy Rubbish. The process for booking was easy and hassle free, and the pick-up was within the time frame and efficient.
We will definitely be using this service again and have no problem with highly recommending them.

The most avaricious and exploitative company I have ever dealt with. Preliminary questions (made on behalf of an elderly 80+ woman) were met with quotations 3-4 times higher than expected. Handy Rubbish attempted to justify this cost by saying they needed to remove ovens, mattresses, bed frames, ovens etc when it had already been made clear the items to be removed were from the garage: bags of clothes, old toys, papers. All light items. They tried to quote just under £600. When this was queried, they became nasty, abusive and aggressive. They were told never to contact any member of our family again, but did so, which resulted in a police report for harassment. DO NOT ever use this company for elderly, vulnerable relatives; they will try and extort every penny from them.

I booked their services at least 2 weeks in advance and was told 9am. The night before I got a voice mail to say 10 to 11am. It’s a 45 minute drive to my destination and they left me a voice Mail to tell me they were running late, it was going to be 1pm, then another call 3pm! I wasted a whole day on them with only apologies. They also kept on adding extra costs for extra things! RUBBISH (excuse the pun!)

I cant recommend them enough. On time, cleared everything, swept up and even litter picked after, very friendly, wouldn't even let us help!
Such nice guys I will be passing there details on to anyone with a house project that needs waste removal.

Brilliant service and after a few items had been taken overvight they reduced the quote to accommodate. Used several times now, always reliable and fair pricing.

Excellent service from Handy Rubbish, from speaking to the Office and getting a quote through to the hard work of the service team that attended site. I took a full truck option and they juggled stuff around like a jigsaw to get as much in as possible. Also the follow up call to make sure I was happy and only then did they take payment.
I rarely have the need for this kind of service but would use Handy Rubbish anytime, and recommend them to others.

3 Seater Leather Sofa, footstool and a knitting machine cabinet removed today by two operatives who were very efficient and polite, the sofa was was quite heavy and difficult to get out of our front door but the legs were removed and they eventually got it squeezed out.
Definitely recommend this company for any furniture removals that you cannot manage yourself.

I rang for a quote at 4.50pm yesterday and at 12.40pm today, everything has gone. Two efficient, polite, pleasant guys who also advised about disposal of other rubbish in the garden. We spent a little more than anticipated but nothing extra was removed until we had agreed the higher cost with the office. I now have a garden to work on instead of a dump to look out on so definitely worth it. Will definitely use again and recommend to family and friends.

Rang around for a last minute collection as someone had let me down. This team was professional the whole way. From giving me a written quote, to booking the job and to payment. The guys that turned up were lovely and polite and super efficient.
