We had the pleasure of working with Handyman Harpenden, and I can’t say enough good things! Richard has a wealth of knowledge and a practical approach to solving problems. We’ve been trying to figure out what to do with some underused space in our home for ages, and he came up with brilliant shelving solutions. The units were custom made and installed perfectly. I engaged Handyman Harpenden to undertake various work around my property. Installing some kitchen units, some decorative coving in the dining room, a purpose built media wall and various small and odd jobs. The work was completed to a high standard. Great job! From the initial contact and visit I was pleasantly reassured by the efficiency, knowledge and solutions offered by Richard. We required lots of jobs, and we were uncertain who to call. The works included - carpentry, painting, blinds and curtain poles putting up, some repairs to our gate and fencing, stair spindles and lots of other bits and pieces. The free quote was swiftly followed by the visit with clear descriptions, cost terms and conditions and a start date all in one email. The price was fair and competitive. There was a little bit of a wait but that was worth it. Punctual, professional and the work is of superb quality. The whole experience from start to finish was really efficient and easy. A Bespoke fitted shelving cupboard was designed, supplied and installed for a specific area in my home office that an off the shelf cupboard unit wouldn’t work in that space. The cost of the work was fair and competitive, the quote was clear, and was all included, labour and materials, the finish was professional and Richard is polite, efficient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I’m incredibly happy with the result. I've already booked Handyman Harpenden again for more work. Definitely recommend.
