What went wrong when I finally received all the parts then the replacement parts. FixTman came out. The day stayed off sunny and bright, when the husband-wife team showed up to put the gazebo the weather changed. It went to rain and wind. The frame they put up at this time, blew over. Five of the parts were damage during a windstorm. FixTman were sent the pictures and I also talked to them. I had to send pictures to Erommy, who replaced the post and screws. The husband-wife team moved and another team was sent out, David and Glen. They were not prepared and when asked they had not put up a gazebo before. At this time I was told that I had to supply the screws to secure the post to the cement post. David called the office and I spoke to a lady at FixTman, who also said that I had to supply the screws to secure the post. I paid over $200.00 to have the post secured and no one ever mention that to me. The team went to Walmart and brought some screws, which I question. After they put the gazebo up, I checked to see if it was stable. of course it was not. I questioned why it is moving and David said they had to put the curtains on. They put the curtains on and the gazebo still moved. There was also a problem with cleanup of the boxes. I had to get my paperwork to show him, while David was calling the office. I have talked to a Boris, several times, a Leo on October 2, who said that the 30 days had pasted to make a complaint. I advised him that I started this complaint a day or 2 later, after the team left. they were supposed to come back and they didn't show. A Sudan came out and looked at the gazebo and said that he couldn't do anything today, but he would come back. I was also told that they had paid David and he needed to come back. It has been a big headache dealing with FixTman, with them doing nothing but talking and giving me the runaround. I also texted HandyBuddy,
who advised me to contact FixTman and if I there was still a problem to contact them.
You ask that I be constructed, it is kind of hard to be constructed and positive dealing with the above. There should be a better way to handle the payment,
where no one is paid until the customer say they are completely satisfied with the job done. When these companies hire these people to bit up gazebos or anything else they need to make sure they are capable of doing the job.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Handy Buddy is a scam all around. They are charging the customers more than double what they pay the people who are actually doing the work. In addition to that, they do not pay the contractors when they say they will, even though they charge the customer almost immediately, sometimes even before the service is complete. It’s almost impossible to get anyone on the phone when you need assistance and they take their time responding to emails. All of the positive reviews you see are from people who were pleased with the actual contractor who came out to do the work, NOT Handy Buddy. As a customer, you are better off searching for someone local in your area and supporting them, because that’s who they will be “matching” you with anyway. That way you can support your local business and stop putting your hard earned dollars in the hands of scammers.

Tyler was wonderful! Polite and efficient! He took care of all the packaging and left my porch tidy, and even offered to hook up the propane tank. I'd recommend him to anyone!

We canceled our request a few minutes after we signed up. We were assured our credit card would not be charged until the job was completed to our satisfaction. However, our credit card was charged on the day of our request. $255.95. They say on their site they only put a temporary hold. That's a lie. They charge your card the full fee. Their phone is a recording. No live person. They don't answer email. They are a fraud. Don't give them your credit card.

Thomas, the Tech was half hour early that was nice. Very easy to talk to but stayed focused on the job got it done right, and was very professional.

Would highly recommend him.

Reasonable priced and matched with a great provider

The installer didn’t include the padding on the round swing and one of the corners is loose. Also, the installer told me the fee that Handybuddybpaid him and it turns out handybuddy charged me more than double what they paid him.

Mike and his team did a great job assembling my new trampoline. He made scheduling very easy and the end result is perfect. Thanks!
