Fraudsters!! Do not use handyboys removals
I booked a removal with them and had to pay a small deposit. They cancelled the removal unexpectedly with no reason and refused to give me my deposit back. Thieves. So unfair how they can take peoples money like this.
They should be in prison.

We used handyboys to move house yesterday and I thought the driver we had was really friendly and helpful. Helped us carry a lot of stuff into and out of the van and arrived exactly on the booking time too. Was a bit worried about potentially booking a service and being let down on the day but this was about as good as I could have hoped for. Would definitely recommend.

I took help from HandyBoys team two times. First on Aug-3-2019. Second time on June-7-2023. I would rate them top for their services.

Sami helped me in 2019. He is absolutely incredible. He is quick and friendly. He knows how to complete the job nicely. The service I took was House move from Ilford to Bretford. He could life 50 kgs bag with one hand and brought it to first floor. A great service. I appreciate that. He was very nice and friendly.

The second service on June 7 2023, was nice. I booked a 1 hour service. The man was helpful.

I think the vans were in good condition during both the times. They had tail lift and makes life easy.

Over all my ratings are

From the time of arrival to load my home onto the removal van until delivery Great Care. Consideration and the upmost respect was given to every item that was handled during the move... I would highly recommend this company, very highly.. Zara Zara couldnt be more helpful, she guided and advised me throughout the whole process of the booking, her customer sevice skills are fantastic she kept in contact with me with courtesy phones calls throughout move... HandyBoys Removals is the best removal service ever. They were punctual, professional and very courteous. I was a bit worried while signing up for the service but the way and manner my properties were wrapped up and handled? Amazing. I will definitely recommend their services! The easiest 5 stars I have ever given any service!

Zara in admin was very good but the 2 helpers on the day were extremely slow, cost me an extra hour (£80) when it definitely could have been done in the 2 hours I wanted. (They said would take 4 hours when they got there which it definitely didn’t) Would not recommend.
