HandsFreeApply is a managed job application service. You tell us the roles, locations and working conditions you want. Our team finds suitable vacancies, completes the applications for you, and records each one, with proof, in your dashboard. A person reviews every role before it is submitted. We use software to gather listings and filter out roles that do not match your preferences, exclusions or right-to-work answers. An application specialist then checks the shortlisted role and submits the application. Every submission shows who applied and when. We do not apply to unsuitable roles just to reach a number. You choose how much control you want. On Review First, you approve or skip each role before we apply. On Auto Approve, we submit roles that match your preferences without waiting. You can switch at any time, pause new applications from your dashboard, or cancel a monthly plan from Billing. Getting started takes three steps. Choose a monthly plan, a one-time application pack, or a custom package. Create your account and pay securely with Stripe. Then complete onboarding with your CV, preferences and right-to-work answers. As the last step, you create a new Gmail account used only for your job search and share its login with us. We encrypt that password as soon as you save it. Only the team member assigned to you can view it, every view is logged, and you can remove access at any time. Our team sets up your search within 2 working days and emails you when your dashboard is ready. For monthly plans, the first billing month starts when the dashboard opens. Packs start their validity period at the same time. You can follow every application from that dashboard, update your CV, and change the roles or countries you want us to cover.
