I had no problems from aug-may
I had one order seized by uk customs (plz use the insurance it’s worth it just to cover your money)
I then got a delivery of 400 che’ cigarettes (ordered 2x 200 of the same brand)
one of the packs was completely different even though I ordered the same brand
One (200) was 👌
One (200 )was poor quality not in a wrapper it was sellotaped together,my chefs in my restaurant couldn’t smoke them and they will smoke everything
You know they are bad when even a homeless person wouldn’t take more than one pack😬
I contacted the company over WhatsApp’s / email the differences in the cigarettes and that I wasn’t happy with the quality and I was going to have to throw them in the bin
I was told by text and email (and I have text messages/photos of the different packs and actual cigarettes,I wish I could attach that proof)
That basically it wasn’t their fault it was from a different distributor and wasn’t hrt’s fault
I then left a true review of my experience and it’s funny that I was offered a refund for the substandard quality pack of 200 che more or less straight away
Also a bit weird that I only got the money into my wise account after I chased up that refund a few times by email and said would leave up until they responded
Just be aware of what might happen if something goes wrong
It’s a headache getting a response or a fair outcome
And plz use the insurance

First, we categorically reject the suggestion that a refund was issued because of your review or because you continued to pursue the matter publicly.
As we have already explained, the partial refund was issued solely as a goodwill gesture and in the interest of customer satisfaction. Under our Terms & Conditions, Return & Refund Policy, and the information provided during checkout, we were under no obligation to issue a refund in this situation. All relevant records, communications, and documentation remain available.
Secondly, we continue to reject the suggestion that we somehow accepted responsibility for the issues you described. We have repeatedly explained that we did not consider ourselves at fault and that the refund was a discretionary customer service decision.
You also state that you did not have time to read the Terms & Conditions. While we appreciate your honesty, whether a customer chooses to read those terms or not does not alter their applicability. The relevant information regarding international fulfilment, customs risks, delivery limitations, and customer responsibilities is clearly displayed before an order is placed and during the checkout process.
We must also address your references to counterfeit products.
All products supplied through our platform are sourced from official retailers and legitimate supply channels. Products are purchased through authorised retail networks and originate from legally operating businesses in their respective domestic markets. We therefore strongly reject any implication that counterfeit goods were supplied.
Customers are, of course, entitled to express their opinions and share their experiences. However, there is an important difference between expressing dissatisfaction and making statements that could mislead readers into believing that counterfeit products were sold when there is no evidence whatsoever to support such a claim.

Regular customer, no issues to begin with, paid extra for insurance on each order and always arrived a week after placing the order. My last order however arrived in the UK on 20th May and I never received it, contacted customer service and they told me to contact my local postal service, I did that and they told me they have no further information on the parcel. I've contacted the company 3 times since then and not had a single reply, the customer service is appalling. If you have any issues with your order you will just be ignored and not offered any solutions and I would therefore recommend avoiding purchasing from them.

As you can see from the official Parcel Force tracking information, your shipment was dispatched internationally on 19 May and arrived in the United Kingdom on 20 May.
The latest tracking update states:
“Your parcel has arrived in the UK. It will soon be sorted and on its way to our delivery depot, although some parcels do require customs clearance prior to this.”
This generally indicates one of two possibilities:
1. The parcel may still be undergoing customs processing.
2. Alternatively, given the length of time that has passed, it is highly possible that the shipment has been retained or seized by UK customs authorities.
Under normal circumstances, customs processing would usually have been completed by now.
However, we can confirm that Shipping Protection was purchased with your order. As stated in our Shipping Protection Policy, if a shipment is lost, seized, or otherwise fails to reach the recipient, a replacement shipment may be provided free of charge subject to the applicable conditions.

Quality Service - Would use again

First of all, please accept our apologies. There appears to have been a mix-up with another customer’s order that had a similar name.
After reviewing your order HRT1540607308, we can confirm that the shipment was dispatched internationally on 11 March and was successfully handed over for delivery from our side.
Under normal circumstances, shipments typically arrive in the destination country within 3–5 business days. Based on the available information, your parcel appears to have reached the destination country, but no further tracking updates have been recorded since then. In our experience, this generally indicates that the shipment may have been retained by customs authorities.
As explained on our website, we offer an optional Shipping Protection service during checkout. This service provides free reshipment protection in cases where a parcel is lost or seized by customs in the destination country.
However, after reviewing your order, we can see that Shipping Protection was not selected during checkout, despite it being clearly offered at the time of purchase. Under our standard policies, responsibility for customs-related issues therefore remains with the customer.
Nevertheless, in the interest of customer satisfaction, we would still like to offer you an alternative solution.

We have been shipping internationally for more than six years and continue to dispatch a significant number of orders to the United Kingdom. Our customs declarations have identified tobacco products as tobacco products since March 2024, and throughout that period we have continued to maintain delivery success rates of approximately 90–95%.
For this reason, we do not believe that customs declarations identifying the contents as tobacco are, by themselves, the reason for individual customs outcomes. Customs inspections and import controls can vary over time and may become more or less stringent depending on the procedures applied by the destination country’s customs authorities.
As with any international postal shipment, parcels may occasionally be selected for inspection, taxation, delay, return, or seizure. However, the vast majority of our shipments continue to be delivered successfully, as reflected in the experiences shared by many customers in our reviews.
If you purchased Shipping Insurance and your shipment has been seized or otherwise failed to arrive, a complimentary replacement shipment may be available. Please contact us directly and we will be happy to review your case.

Brilliant service.
Brilliant, obviously like many I was skeptical about the process, however I bit the bullet and made an order for some things I wanted, expecting to wait a few weeks for it to MAYBE arrive. Nope. 3 days after payment was confirmed I received a parcel from Japan all the way to the UK. Can not recommend them enough. Delivery was quicker than I thought possible.
