The micro came faster than expected and works great. Only gripe is that one of the rollers has a good amount of resistance to it

The product and the app are top tier, the tracking of the order can improve greatly as I have only gotten an update on the state of the order about 6/7 day prior to the arrival of the order, with a 20 something days of waiting without any update. I had already ordered the micro before and the calculations of my hand anatomy had to be already somewhat made, so I was expecting it to arrive a bit quicker, nevertheless awesome product and I will recommend it 10/10 times.

Took about 6 months to arrive. Was asked to re-upload a photo after waiting 4 months. Used the micro for a month, a novel stimulus, nice custom feel. Not sure if worth the price for the crusher.

Painfull, but safe and very effective training tools. Other finger strength devices never led to lasting improvement. Micro+crusher combo feels as a very different stimulus. And 1 month in, the effect is already noticeable in my climbing.

Took some time to ship the order (as anticipated), but customer service was great and quick to reply to question. The grippers themselves are amazing, really happy with the purchase

Above all else, excellent customer service. Unrelated to the actual product but had issues with customs and the support team was quick to respond and help however they could.

Regarding the product. The construction is well made and I see no reason to question its long term durability. The custom fit is perfect, fits my hand like a glove. I would recommend the HoG to anyone serous about their training.

Feels healthy to use

Goated. Took a while but the end product is incredible.

Solid ordering process. They did not inform me the order had been filled or that it was in transit. It just showed up one day and I almost rejected it as it was 5 months prior I had ordered. Though when I pinged customer support, I got a response very rapidly. I would do business with them again. Product is exceptional.
