A joke of a company I order parts on the 16/11/24 no sign of them.
Sent email and very slow to respond once I push them the said they were delivered and sign for. I ask for a copy of this information but no respond.
Just saying it was delivered which is not correct 🙄 told them I have a ring door
bell i looked for dates and the name of the person that sign for it but nothing.
The way they are acting it's my fault I didn't get my order, Clearly they do not care about customers

Even though the reviews are pretty bad I decided to order on this site. Other than the fact that the shipping took about 1-2 weeks longer than stated (also mentioned in reviews, so i wasn't surprised) everything was great. They always politly and promptly replied my questions and the parts I ordered are real original Toyota parts (for a lot lower price than anywhere else). The shipping is very cheap too, given the high weight of my order. I will definitely order again and I can recommend this seller - if you are not in a big hurry to get the parts.

P.S. I don't know what the case with this site was in 2021 and why some customers believe it is a scam site, but I paid for my order through PayPal with no trouble. Obviously the site is also not a scam since it provided me with correct original parts.

Their prices look good but they totally do not meet the delivery time they promise on their website. I have ordered my parts on Sunday 29th of May and I still haven't received my order nor do I know when exactly I will receive my order. I do not receive any pro-active communication regarding the order status. My advice: buy parts with a company that may be a bit more expensive but that has better and more accurate delivery time.

I am now on my 4th order with them and over 1000 euros worth of parts. While their packaging and communication can improve - it is easy to place an order on the site. Remember you need access to a graphical catalogue for your car and do your own research - this is a site that can source for you genuine parts or those from a trusted brand when you know what part number it is. Remember not all parts are in stock and some have lead times like with a regular supplier.

Proven Scam Site. Should have a negative rating. Stay away! Appears German but is Russian owned. Will send an email back after purchase that part was not found and then does not return your funds. Emails are returned back as errors. Phone number does not reach a human. Paypal returned my funds within 24 hours. That speed of return says to me this is a known scam site and yet there are no Trustpilot reviews. So I am writing a warning. I have to hope that Paypal will cancel the associated Paypal account to prevent future abuse.
