The customer service experience just made me feel I am in good hands right from the start. The way a business treats it's customers can very much indicate on it's credibility. I had a small issue with one of my trades which needed to be solved urgently. When I got in contact with they were very cooperative and got my issue solved within no time. I'm happy I joined and can be absolutely sure I made the right choice.

So far so good, I still have no complaints. I am satisfied with their customer care service, they pay my withdrawals by request. being able to take my money our with no issues is the most important thins for me. Trades execution works really well. Sometimes there are delays, but it is most likely due to my network connection.

Investing is a new step in my life, I started literally 4 months ago. I have an economics education but I never knew about forex and stocks trading before. I chose Handelex after a friend of mine introduced them to me. While doing some research I found they are considered very reliable and are at the top of the ratings for many experienced investors. during my short time investing with them I definitely can see progress on my portfolio. Hopefully it will continue.

I have to say from the very beginning my expectations did not came true. I like to control every aspect of my actions and when I found it's not happening I was a bit disappointed. They did offered education as a bit of help and tried several times to make sure I am happy with results, but it wasn't specific information about strategies and methods to apply directly on the market. I felt like it was more of general stuff about trading terms and methods.

I thought I'd invest around $10000 and although at some point I did saw nice returns, I got disappointed from the fact that someone is doing it for me and I am not generating these returns myself. I left $1000 on the account and withdrew the rest of the money until I know exactly which strategy is right for me personally and how to gain consistency in my trading.

The most important feature for me is execution speed as I use scalping strategies for most of my trades. While I also place swing trades for mid term trends, scalping is where I generate most of my profits. That is where I need the execution speed to be super fast as I enter the market, hold a trade for a very short period and then exit. Respectively, with slow execution this strategy won't work. Handelex has managed to deliver execution speed which outperforms any other platform I traded on.
Their web trader is one of the best and is very user friendly. on several times which I needed support they responded very quickly. Giving all that I see no reason to go with any other platform. As long as they keep performing well I will keep trading here.

I've been with Handelex for about 8 month now. The platform is easy to use. The interface is customizable, so anything you need is only a few clicks away. The graphics are also good with a wide array of chart options for those interested in technical analysis. It importantly also has all the investment opportunities I require.

When I entered the platinum+ club, I was assigned my own account manager Nathan, who has always responded quickly and clearly, and has always reached out to communicate any perks and opportunities of working with Handelex that I may not have realized.

Overall a very accessible platform with excellent customer care.

I am currently utilizing the number of assets I can trade on with high leverage except cryptocurrency. It is understandable as crypto can be very volatile which can be very risky on high leverage trades. So Handelex changed my account leverage to 1:40 for BTC and 1:10 for all the rest. I would be even more happy if they will add stocks as an instrument. It's not that I use stocks in my trading, but sometimes you wish you'd have an opportunity to open a position on the stock market. Anyway, no broker is perfect. Overall I am happy.

Trading is a new experience for me, I'm still trying to wrap my head around it. I decided to choose a broker with a relatively small initial deposit, to understand if it will be good at trading at minor expenses. Handelex was a good choice for me. It has pretty much everything I need as a beginner: Diversity of trading assets enough leverage to trade with limited budget, good orders execution for a zero minimum deposit requirements, Overall a nice starting point and I can defiantly recommend.

Being new to investing, it’s scary to know who to trust.
I am extremely satisfied with results! This company has made it easier with step by step support! They have responded to any and all questions, (I had a lot), professionally and translated very well (id#ots guide) so I am able to understand much more!

Handelex is a scam,
At first trading will result in profits and weekly calls asking for more money.

You will not be able to transfer money out and all account setting will be changed - live chat will be switched off, the withdrawal page will be de-activated, and leverage will be changed from 1:1 to 1:20 and finally 1:100 before the wipe out.

Then "automated" trades will be placed that will wipe out your account balance.

Handelex has no office in the UK, they just use a UK phone number. If handelex has a UK address please let us all know the address and be regulated under FCA. What's your UK address ?
