I spent a fortune to have a leak "identified and resolved".
First, the company tried to offer me a 2 month warranty, despite their website saying all works were given a 12 month warranty.
I flagged to the company that they charged too much and that the works they offered were not carried out- despite my concerns, they insisted I pay before the contractor leave. Since I had a warranty that they would return if the leak occurred in 12 months, I believed that I was covered.
The on-site contractor gave me his direct mobile and told me to be in touch if I had any problems. I messaged him the day after the "repair" to say the leak was still occuring and the owner is now saying the warranty is voided and refusing to fix the problem because I spoke directly to the workman. There was no mention of this in any paperwork- so they clearly had this bait and switch set up all along
Beware, as they operate under multiple company names and then will deny that they have worked with you, as they have done with me already
