I just wanted to be the first to leave a review on Hampshire models , to not only thank them for the dedication and excellent service .
They are among only a very small number of model shops I know I can trust !, Their commitment to good customer service , swift postage of items , no matter how busy .
I recently purchased some additional brand new Hornby Mark4 00 gauge , coaches in a new operator livery, but was trying to keep the ' running numbers: matching , the gentleman running the store , spent some time , looking up , the Hornby codes , to ensure that , this tiny detail was not overlooked . And this while they had a big order to unpack , others to send and so on, their dedication, knowledge , and pleasant and friendly manner is a genuine pleasure to deal with , not only do they always properly package items , but even with strikes, somehow they got my items to me the next day , each and every time . And along with one other , I've been happy to deal with these great people , both online and by phone , since I started with my hobby .
So I honestly cannot recommend enough this great wee business , for their helpful z swift service . And great product knowledge.
If yo lunare looking for fair prices , good value , and a good honest and very decent business to deal with , I do very much recommend them, both in their phone line, website , and eBay site .
