I feel bad writing bad reviews
I feel bad writing bad reviews, thus I'm gladly gonna erase it if You solve the problem!
First, to get the right to place bids I'm supposed to copy my ID and credit card and send them, which I do via e-mail.
The response says I should copy and send my ID and credit card. I thought it was an automatic response, so I just resend the mail, asking if I did it correctly...
No answer, I can't place bids.
I contact them via e-mail, Facebook, contact form and call them by phone. No answer.
Two days after, I get someone on the phone. They kindly assure I'll be granted the right to place bids. Nothing happens.
Later I call again. The operator can't find my e-mail with the ID and card, so I resend it. They say everythig's fine and I can get the right to place bids.
By today nothing had happened and I still can't place bids.
