As James Cox said in a previous statement, these are scammers and you pay for a part that doesn’t exist. You can’t get through by phone and they don’t reply to emails sent to them!! I wish I’d known all this before parting with my money and self respect!!
One of the worse ever experience with them.
The part delivered was not the one which ordered and ask them to send the rest of it. They demand more money, which was paid. Lateron, they ask again more money. And promise me to refund, which never happens.
They did not response at all now
It was a great hassle free experience dealing with Hammer Auto Products- lots of stock available, right pricing and helpful team members to assist. Thanks a ton.

I recently ordered from Hammer Auto Spares and had a great experience. The team was responsive, helpful, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Parts were exactly as described and delivered on time. It’s good to see a reliable and growing business that takes customer satisfaction seriously. Highly recommended—will definitely be using them again!

Found these dealers through Breakeryard. The part was £111 and there was no Delivery cost. Once I paid on Breakeryard, I got contacted by these guys (Hammer) and then got told I have to pay £25 postage. Paid.. Got the Part and it was faulty. Wanted a refund and got told they'd send me another part, but I insisted on a refund. Got the run around for a few days and then finally got a return label. Once I returned the faulty part, I got some more mess around about the refund. I agreed to let them keep the postage. I was supposed to be refunded £116, and after numerous requests for updates, got to told their account I paid the money into was hacked and I needed to request the refund from one of their Other business accounts. I did this, got refunded but had to pay Their business transaction fees.. so I didnt get my full refund and when queried it was told I'd get a discount on the next item. I don't have any intention of getting more parts. So insisted this was wrong and they need to refund me what I'm owed, and shouldnt have to pay their business fees for them. It's not the customers responsibility. UPDATE Took a week for them to refund me £3.66 owed, but once again.. I had to pay their Business transaction fees.. so only got £3.25 back. I appreciate the effort in trying to mend the fences after my first review, But when you Refund an amount, You Do Not make the customer pay your business fees. You pay in extra to compensate for your fee you need to pay and the Customer get's what they are truly owed. Thanks for the partial refund.
