They're totally scammers. Once i ordered from amazon and i waited like a month then i contacted with them they said "payment issue" and then amazon associate said there's no issue with that. After a month amazon associate told me issue was "They have no stock" and still they're blaming me like I'm SCAMMER. DO NOT TRUST THEM
I ordered otamatones for my kids for Christmas. I paid the $40 extra to ensure they would arrive before Christmas. They arrived December 26. When I checked the usps tracking it showed they didn’t even ship them until the 23rd.
Everything came in nice condition. I was hesitant to order because there were no reviews but I am glad I did. There was a book about squishes by ibloom that I couldn't find anywhere. I love this site.
