If I could give it a zero I would. Not only did it advertise (including pictures and videos) for a large 30 x 40 stainless steel cutting board, it never specified that it was not inches, but centimeters. They have Americans promoting the product, but it came from out of the country. Not entirely sure where it came from. The advertising is misleading and false. When I contacted them about returning the product they gave me multiple opportunities for a discount. $6, $8 and then $11 which is a slap in the face.
They would not send me a return address and said that they “have tried their best to offer all the best solutions.” The best solution is for me to return the product that I’m not satisfied with. Not only will I never purchase from this company again, it has taught me to not order anything online again.

I purchased a plastic holder for a diesel additive that is supposed to magnetize to the inside of your truck bed. The item I received was the incorrect item. And the build quality is terrible. It’s missing two of the 4 magnets, and the magnets that are on there aren’t even able to hold the weight of the empty plastic holder, meaning once I put the Howe’s additive in it it will be completely useless.

Working to hopefully get a refund. But so far no dice.

The packaging was well-done- sturdy and secure ensuring product safety. The items were neatly arranged, demonstrating meticulous care. The instructions on the box were clear and reader-friendly, eliminating any usage doubts. Overall, this packaging heightened the anticipation of using the product and left a positive initial impression. Great job!

Purchased this lawn spray and solar lamp combo, delighted with results. Grass grew back lush and vibrant in sparse areas, adding instant curb appeal. Solar lamp creates a lovely ambiance outdoors. Shipping was slower than expected, taking three weeks, but overall quality of both items impressed me.

I purchased a product that was not suitable and did not work for me. I offered to send it back at my cost to get a refund (Which was stated on their site if not satisfied). After many emails offering me $3US, $7US and finally $9US reimbursement (not the $68 I had paid), stating "she could loose her job if she offered more /she'd pay at her expense/ every department said the same", I had no choice but to take the last offer and was terribly unhappy at having to do so. I had lost nearly $70.
Not to mention the US currency took the price from $33 to $68. If I had not queried the considerable increase I would've paid twice the cost of the product. After this they did reimburse $8. This would not have happened if I hadn't bought it up.
This whole experience was stressful, unjustified and disappointing and a terrible waste of my money. I will not be dealing with them again.
