This salon makes you feel like you are on a conveyor belt, each stylist pins their till receipt to the wall right in front of your face. It made me feel like the money was more important than I was.Had my hair cut with a 'senior' stylist who had had so much customer service training she sounded like a robot who insisted on telling me about each cut she was making! Hardly relaxing. Was not happy with the resulting style, cut too much off the layers making it wispy at the bottom on a graduated bob making it impossible to manage as it would not stay in style. They are so focused on the 'sales' aspect they've forgot it's humans they are working on. Had to have it re-cut elsewhere.
