I placed my order a few weeks ago, there were some issues with delivery however the customer team rectified the issue and now received my order.

Nice product, quick delivery

Brought the Stars & Moon print Halo Sleep Sack (0-6 months) for my new grandaughter Francesca - it looks perfect. She's still too small to use it yet but in a couple of weeks once she has gained weight it will be in use.
Sleep sacks are much safer than loose blankets and she will of course be sleeping on her back in a clear cot space following excellent safer sleep advice from the Lullaby Trust.

Good product, good service thank you

Bought the halo Bassinest swivel crib.
It's swivels which is great, it has a control panel with lights, white noise and womb sounds, volume control and a vibrate with two settings.
The lights a pointless. The vibrate is loud so you can't hear the womb noises. The height is also supposed to be adjustable, which it does but by morning it's slid back down and doesn't stay at the adjusted height.
The side wall comes down when lent on, but doesn't click in to place. So if you aren't leaning on it, it doesn't come down. Not overly impressed for the price.

A beautiful sleeping bag I brought for my little one Excellent quality and really fast delivery came a day earlier than expected by the courier. Very much recommend HALO.

Excellent thin bag. Easier than other press stud ones

I’m an existing customer who already had a halo bassinest. We had thrown the mattress out after poo-xplosion from our son and needed a replacement. While replacements could be purchased easily from the US website, they don’t deliver to the UK and the UK site didn’t have them on. The only other option was to get a mattress made by a company who makes generic mattresses; however this didn’t come with the reassurance of an endorsement from The Lullaby Trust, so I emailed Halo UK to enquire more.

Halo customer services responded within 24 hours and we’re very happy to help. They checked with the warehouse and then confirmed that they had a replacement mattress in stock. I paid for the same over the phone (and it was cheaper than the generic!) and I’ve now received the replacement by DHL within 3 working days.

I couldn’t ask for a better customer experience. Thank you.

I've got my order in only 4 days. It was easy to build the bassinest. I love the color morning mist-its much more beatiful than on the internet. The baby comes in 8 weeks, hope he loves bassinest. It looks comfortable and cozy.

We received the item in good condition, very quickly! No issues at all

Set up was fairly easy however for a heavily pregnant lady on her own I wouldn't recommend. My partner had to help as it was heavy. Looks lovely and can't wait to use when our baby is here

The item was delivered within a week of ordering. The delivery service used was DHL. However, I found their communication poor, advising that the item would be delivered “ by the end of the day”. I would suggest that DHL use text to communicate in respect of deliveries, to save customers missing deliveries. The bassinet is a gift so I have not reviewed that.
