I will never order from Haloodies again

Haloodies was recommended by someone and as they supply Waitrose I felt confident putting in a fairly big order .
This is the worst meat I have ever ordered or bought . The minced beef was of such high fat content that it was not fit for consumption . I contacted them and as requested so sent in photos , a video and batch numbers . They took very long to reply and now have stopped responding.
I thought i would give them the benefit and wait a while for a response to all the information I sent in but they seem to have disappeared into thin air .
I would never ever order from Haloodies ever again .
Quick delivery and meat chilled - but everything else not acceptable .
