My car was picked up on time, with courtesy car delivered. Brian was the driver. I cannot fault him in any way. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. As I had never driven an automatic car before we went for a test drive. He explained everything thoroughly, putting me at ease immediately. Even leading up to collection I was kept up to date.
I would highly recommend Halo. Thank you guys.

The Bristol team were excellent. Great communication about pick up and drop off, you could even track the driver to see where he was. Car repaired to a high standard and delivered on time. Our car has been here before and I couldn’t fault them .

Absolutely 1st class service from the team at Halo Basingstoke. They were my insurance company’s nominated repair shop after some damage to my front bumper.

On the day of my appointment, my car was collected and within an hour I had an email updating me on the expected completion date, which was a week later. After two days, I got the call my car was finished and it was on the way back to me. Incredibly efficient and my car looks showroom new.

The Basingstoke team are amazing. From the friendly Lewis, who picked up and dropped off my vehicle, and the lovely lady (I’m sorry, I didn’t catch the name) who kept in phone contact to arrange pick up and final delivery. Her sense of humour was brilliant.

It was a pleasure dealing with this company and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

From our first telephone conversation we were impressed with the professionalism shown by Halo and they were very reliable and kept us informed throughout our repair which was of a very high standard and would definitely recommend.

Ive been my van in halo for replace and repair dashboard coz damage by to much heat with power banks on top im surprised when finish and i didn’t expect the result when i saw my van looks like new thanks to halo staff very friendly and accommodating much appreciated

They picked my car up and left me a courtesy car and let me know everyday how everything was going with my car repairs.The repairs they've done are also great. The young lad who picked my car up and brought it back was a lovely lad and so easy to chat with. Spot on HALO.

From them picking my car up and them dropping it off I have been nothing but happy with these guys they have kept me informed with everything that’s going on with it and they have done a amazing job with my car looks brand new again they even sorted the scratch out on side of my car that wasn’t due to the incident I am incredibly grateful thank you so much

I cannot pick fault with anything during the repair process.
Communication was perfect, I was informed regularly exactly what was happening and my vehicle doesn’t even look like it was damaged.

If there were six stars I’d choose that.
