I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Halo Swindon.
After my car accident my vehicle was sent here for repairs unfortunately it had to be returned twice because the quality of the workmanship was unacceptable.
The repairs were simply not completed to a satisfactory standard causing me unnecessary stress inconvenience and delays in getting my car back.
It was on the third attempt that the repair was finally completed properly, while I appreciate that the end result was acceptable it should never have taken three attempts to achieve the standard that should have been delivered the first time.
The lack of quality control and attention to detail was disappointing.
As a customer I expected repairs to be carried out correctly without having to repeatedly return my car
I cannot recommend this repairer based on my experience

Excellent service. This is the 2nd time we have used halo and have been very pleased both times

Our car had been damaged on the passenger side on both doors whilst I had been out running errands. I didn’t actually see what or who caused the damage. But Halo at Doncaster repaired it and made it look just like new again in a little over 24hours and returned it to us. We were loaned a curtesy car whilst our car was in for repairs, our car was washed afterwards, so all in all, an excellent job all round. Can’t recommend this company high enough! We were kept updated all along, the receptionist was really friendly on the phone and the guy that collected our car and dropped off the curtesy car was really friendly too, and he returned ours and picked up their car too. Excellent!

I had my car repaired at Halo in Rochdale, and I can honestly say although the accident wasn't a good experience, the whole process of getting the car repaired was. From the initial phone call from customer service, who booked me in to Rochdale, to the guys at Rochdale, being Liam (journey specialist); Chris and John (car body specialists); James and James (paint specialists); and Alex and Kyle (the drivers); and last but not least, Ryan (quality control manager). I left the car on Tuesday and collected it Thursday morning. How fantastic is that! The workshop is a very clean environment. Everyone at Rochdale is super helpful; they went through everything with me. I even got a text saying they were starting work on the car. The service and whole experience from the Rochdale team was impeccable. Thank you.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish

Had a great experience with Halo - Poole. I had a repair/bumper repaint and several months later noticed it had started peeling a little bit where the repair had been made.
I contacted Halo leaning on their paint guarantee, they took a look and immediately offered to fix this.
No arguing like some other garages repair shops would have made which tells you alot about their care and customer service.

Their customer service was and is superb! They kept me informed every step of the way, in fact they went out of their way to be as responsive as possible.

Well done to the chaps on the shop floor, the repair looks brilliant.

Exceptional service from start to finish.

Bansi was excellent and went out of his way to help us and ensure everything was smooth with the repair, replacement car and return of my vehicle.
Bruno who managed the repair was also incredibly helpful and made sure he understood my concerns regarding the repair and acted accordingly to make sure it was all done properly. They contacted me regularly with updates.

Car returned quickly and all looks fine. Thankyou for return so soon and thankyou to the driver for being patient and being polite.
