Purchased a copper splashback and are delighted with it. Halman Thompson took great care to ensure the piece was as we wanted it. Packaged very well and delivered courtesy. It looks fantastic. Customer care was very helpful too.

We ordered a couple of samples and made our choice of finish based on the samples and ordered the panels. When they arrived these were nothing like the sample. When I queried this I was told they hadn't realised they were matching to a sample which I find odd considering we bought samples from them. In view of this experience we returned the sample back to them so they could match it. At this point we didn't have the confidence that they would match the sample and so we decided to go with the natural finish which is lovely and we are pleased with the result but then took another two months to be sent.
Disappointing service but the finished product does look good.
Following my review Josh reached out to express his regrets at our experience and has compensated us for the issues we had.

Following the visit from your guy to fix the issues with the splashback (which we paid for I remind you) we are left with blades marks and a patchy finish and it looks worse than before he came. That is why I changed the review to a 2 star. It would have been a 1 star if you had not attempted to help but the fact remains we have paid a lot of money and do not have what we had envisoned when we ordered.

Good communication, helpful staff on the phone. It’s a shame there isn’t a cheaper sample service but I understand why as the product is so high end. Anyway, I took a gamble and ordered and am not disappointed with the result. Looks stunning in my kitchen!

Very pleased with result, exactly as I ordered. Fairly prompt delivery.

The length of time to get my product was too long, with various excuses as to the delays. Whilst the product looks very good, providing it is not caught when being installed, it should last for years if cleaning instructions are adhered to. Very expensive!

I really like my metal art its so bespoke, but my husband felt disappointed with the finish, he has very high standards due to his training in the RAF.

Great Service and great product which looks fantastic in our new kitchen

It’s not nice leaving bad reviews of small businesses, but our experience suggests the company is overwhelmed at the moment. We ordered three samples, at a pretty high cost (£70 including postage) and received them OK. Then, after a promising exchange of emails about the project, they went completely silent, ignoring our calls and emails. If they don’t want to do the project, fine, but they should accept a return of the samples. Essentially we have bought some pretty but very expensive coasters.

Josh was as good as his word and did get in touch. It looks like the emails got missed - a genuine oversight, for which we received an apology. The cost of the samples has been refunded. We sorted out another solution in the end but it is a bit of a shame, as the HalmanThompson material really is fantastic.

Very good communication throughout the ordering process and very good products on offer. Very impressed.

The splash back looks fantastic and really is the centre piece of the entire kitchen. Choosing the product was really straightforward from the samples provided, and they kept me informed when it was due to be delivered!

Really lovely oxidised splashback. The quality is brilliant and it really finishes off my kitchen. I also needed to call their Customer team. Well I spoke to them in 2021 and 2022 when I finally got round to ordering! Both people were really helpful and friendly. Delivered on time and well packaged. Would definitely recommend.
