Purchased a Halls Popular 46 Greenhouse which was delivered within 7 days, much quicker than expected. Building the greenhouse was fairly easy but had a few questions on the instructions. However on contacting Halls they were very quickly and expertly resolved. Rachel, Gemma and Michael resolved everything we needed to know over the phone and also emailed additional info for the completion. Really pleased with the delivery, construction and superb customer service. Would highly recommend Halls.

We purchased a Halls Popular greenhouse 8’ by 6’. The people at Halls were very helpful prior to our purchase when we wanted advice about various things. The greenhouse was delivered in very good time and, although we thought we would have to wait until after Christmas for it to be installed, we were contacted very quickly after the greenhouse delivery by the local installer who arrived to do the work only about ten days later. The greenhouse was built in a morning, the work was done very efficiently and we were more than satisfied with everything. We thought that the greenhouse was very good value and unless you are very confident about building it yourself, we would highly recommend paying for it to be built for you.

Excellent product and great customer service.

I purchased a Birdlip 4 x 8 greenhouse (in green), it arrived in several boxes about two weeks after ordering. It took a little time to sort all the parts out and the instructions took some careful reading. I ignored the instructions that came with the box and instead followed the manual on the web site, note there are some differences between the two. Even thought I had taken time sorting out the parts and arranging everything on the patio (you need a big patio), it was only towards the end that I noticed that I was two capping bars short, but thankfully Rachel at Halls solved the problem and without hesitation arranged for two capping bars to be sent to me.

Just to note, with a fully constructed greenhouse I do seem to have quite a lot of (small) parts left over but I gather from Rachel that this is because Halls over supply many of these easily lost parts.

This was the third greenhouse I have constructed, in terms of quality it is probably the best; overall an enjoyable few days.

To summarise, a quality product at a reasonable price (I purchased direct from Halls in their recent sale), with excellent after sales service.

Great service from start to finish. Kept informed throughout from order date to date of delivery. Delivery driver very helpful. All well packaged. I'm not particularly handy but managed to build relatively easily from the instructions. I lost a nut from the door mechanism, spoke with Rachel in the office and a replacement arrived the next day.

It's grown-up meccano, requiring patience and very close reading of the instructions as well as watching both Halls' and private videos to get hints. Rachel is the saving grace when I broke both door wheels by putting them on backwards. She replaced them promptly and send additional photos and advice which made things even clearer. Getting there slowly! thanks!

Ordered a 6x6 aluminium greenhouse with horticultural glass in the recent sale, everything arrived safely, and well within the advised timescale. Very well packed, the glass was completely intact, a sturdy little greenhouse, well made and very good value. Ordering was easy and delivery was stress free. Rachel in customer services was a great help with responding quickly to my queries, very friendly and accommodating. Very quick to send a couple of small clips out that were missing too (arrived next day). Great Company, highly recommend.

I bought a lovely Compact Metal Greenhouse. It’s very well made lots of useful extras . Very sturdy and well made. I have had an excellent experience with this company .Rachel has been great and kept me up to date and very help. I am glad I paid the extra to have it installed as Mike my installer was excellent and took care and pride . I love my green house a big thank you to you all excellent team .

I needed a spare part for a Halls Jumbo cold frame I had had for many years. Rachel in Customer Services went out of her way to try and find the current models parts that would fit (and touch wood they will).
Rachel did not give up on me (which she could quite as easily have done!) but came up trumps and now Halls have a very satisfied customer thanks to her.
Well done Rachel and Halls.
Incidentally I had a new greenhouse a few years ago and it was Rachel who did a good job then.

The greenhouse i ordered is sturdy and looks good. The instructions can be a little awkward but stick to it and you will be OK. What makes this company stand out is it's customer service. I had an issue with some broken glass which they were more than happy to resolve with me. Absolutely first class.

Everything came packaged securely, the delivery driver went out of his way to get the materials to the right location (despite our awkward site), turnaround when I needed support was super fast (even though it took me months to open the package and start putting together the greenhouse), the team couldn't have been nicer and the quality of the product is great.

Order came quickly, and the greenhouse is sturdy and looks well made. Assistance from the team throughout as a few issues with the delivery (not the fault of the vendor). Really great customer service.

There customer service is very good.I had 3 large panes of glass broken on delivery phone them up and they said no bother we will send them out to you. I would use them again

Fantastic customer service nothing is too much trouble for the team at Juliana , it is great to know that a member of the team will always help if you have a problem . We are really pleased with our purchase can’t wait until we can sow our first seeds of the 2024 season .

I telephoned to enquire about how to fix a problem whihc had arisen with the door of my greenhouse, constructed a year previously. The person who answered my call clearly had excellent knowledge of the product and was able to give me useful information immediately, followed up by e-mailing to me links to helpful videos. She then took the trouble to send another unsolicited message with more thoughts on the matter, which also proved very helpful. Some small parts required were forwarded to me without any delay. Thanks to all this the problem was resolved quickly. i am most grateful for the advice received and the keenness of Hall's staff to be of help.

I ordered a Popular 6 x 10 greenhouse that was soon delivered, although it was rather later in the day such that at one stage I seriously wondered if it were to happen. However, someone has to be the last delivery of a day and the chap who bought it was friendly and helpful. After I started to assemble the greenhouse I realised that such was the spot I was proposing to errect it on was not as level as the precision of the greenhouse required. I therefore ordered a base unit that was despatched to me by overnight delivery (not at my request) so I was able to get on with the job without delay. I was very impressed with this service. I later found that one panel of the toughened glass, delivered on a heavily protected pallet, was damaged. Expecting a 'blame game' I was impressed by Rachel's immediate response that she would get a replacement out to me with the minimum of delay. It arrived well within time for me to finish the job. I later found that I was a small plastic strip 'missing'. I genuinely admitted that I was neither blaming Hall's or myself for it, I just didn't have it. Once again, no quibble, Rachel had one in the post to me immeditely and I was able to complete the greenhouse. My only adverse comment is with regard to the instructions, the supporting pictures are very poor in that the clarity and contrast is such that it is not always clear as to the next stage and it takes a little while to understand how the parts are assembled so that one can work it out for oneself. I think the company and the product deserves better assembly instructions. That said, we now have a fine greenhouse that is doing its job well, looks great and is true value for money. As I said to Rachel throughout, customer service was excellent and one that many company's would do well to emulate.

Fantastic Quality Greenhouse, but what really makes them stand out is the aftercare and cusomter service.

I took on the build myself, and not being a professional greenhouse builder came accross a few issues. I got a personal call and extra photos to help.
