An absolute scam
An absolute scam. I bought some shoes for £35 that said they were leather all over the description. When i received them they were not even in a shoe box and were clearly not leather and of rubbish quality. I emailed to ask for a return and was told refunds cost £22 so I can either get 10% refund and keep the item or 50% off my next order. This was not acceptable to me as I expected a full return for an item that was not as described. Do not order from here. I also want to add that the 5* reviews here are clearly fake and from Chinese users (this is a Chinese company), please don’t be fooled!

Please please don’t buy anything from this website. I bought a pair of loafers the quality was appalling. The day they arrived I asked return I had to send a video and photographs the delay tactics to get the return address were disgraceful it too a week to eventually receive the address which was in China and it was going to cost £27.40 to return £29.99 shoes DISGUSTING

Scam company - Terrible quality and refusing refund
*scam - update* This retailer wants me to spend 50% of the cost of the boots returning this item to China before they will refund me. The scam continues!!
I bought these from a Dutch company not a Chinese one and I will now be pursuing a claim in accordance with Dutch consumer protection.
The boots I ordered were of unacceptably poor quality. The upper is made of cardboard which had been folded in 2, giving a sharp crease which does not go away when you put your foot into it.
I have emailed their customer services 5 times now to get the information needed to return these and get a full refund. Each time I’ve been met with a reply which refuses to give me this information, instead urging me to keep the boots and obtain a small partial credit (10-30%). Having pushed back again over this weekend I’m now told I have to return the boots to China, despite buying from a Dutch business. They are clearly hoping that the return won’t be received and so they can duck giving me a refund for these disgusting poor quality items. If this is the case I will be suing them. Appalling company. Do not use.

Shoes came in the right size to what was labeled colors were same as pictured. Usually, I get shoes with there colors faded but these came perfect and as advertised.
